I picked up Plants Vs. Zombies (DS) for $3.76. It was an online item. I was originally gonna trade it in at Best Buy for $8, but I might keep it cause its a lot of fun.

In the same vein, I discovered a God of War III official soundtrack cd with the same pricing and tag. I passed on it, though.

Just snagged Dead Rising 2: Off the Record for $4.54. Clerk asked me where I "got my hands on that". When I pointed to the clearance endcap (and the three copies of Singularity still priced at $27.98), he shrugged and said "Hmmm. Interesting."

There was an endcap at one of my local stores with miscellaneous games on it, and many clearance games were always on it hidden in plain sight I guess. Off the Record, Professor Layton, Little Deviants, and so on. I always picked games at my leisure. They organized that endcap earlier this week. Oh well.

I regularly go to three or four Targets that are all within 15 to 20 minutes of home/work. There is a distinct difference between them in regards to video game clearance. Two are great and two are lousy. I assume there must be some sort of significant management discretion on how the clearance items are marked/handled.

If an employee doesn't know that, they don't deserve to know period because usually they are the ones that easily can get dibs on things, so don't ruin it for true CAG'ers.

Called lazy management who don't give a shit in their "weak" areas in their store, or I guess that their electronic area does well so they don't need to clearance? Who knows...

Anyways I don't have DCPI's these were in Midlothian, VA area

DS - Touchmaster 2 - ONLINE ITEM - $4.54
PSP - Madden 12 - ONLINE ITEM - $4.54
360 - Singularity - Clearance - $11.98
3DS - Dream Trigger - As-Is - $10.06
PS3 - Medevil/Sports Move Bundle - $29.98

That move bundle is nice. I bought one, but it was missing the motion controller. After 3 attempts to get it coorected with target, I ended up calling my CC company and Target ended up giving me the 29.99 on a GC and I got to keep the rest of the bundle. They gave me 29.99 because the controller was on sale for that much.

My impression was that he'd already set it aside for himself, and someone re-stocked it.
