It looks like it includes some PS+ time as well based on the box art.

Uncharted 3 was disappointing.

Wow, I didn't know the Assassin's Creed bundle will be 500GB. Also might come in white. I'm interested to see the reviews on the performance of the new model. When they came out with the CECH 3000 last years, they looked the same but were quieter, cooler, and the contraction popping noise was done away with. Wonder if we'll see any other improvements here. If it's the same working quality as the CECH 3000, I'm buying it day 1

Holy crap, the price is going up. I expected a cut to $200 back in June during E3, bunch of retailers were running $50gc deals at the time too, and I think a few were selling them outright for $200.

What is Sony thinking? It should have been $200 a while ago, and ready to hit $150-$170 by the time the Wii U is released.

Also, will UC3:GOTY be available separately? Withe release set for 5 days away, you would think there would be pre-order options available. Or will this just be an exclusive with the bundle

Pretty sure they just farted in my mouth with this bundle, and that's a price hike if I ever tasted one.

Will wait until Black Friday and hope for discount on AC3 bundle ... the 60 gig model I have is getting a bit old in the tooth. Do the backwards compatible models still fetch any sort of premium? Maybe I should sell it now and go playstationless for awhile

This new Slim version will also do away with the front-loading disc drive in favor of the old school top-loading disc drive.

I still have my 60GB BC PS3 and the current 160GB Slim model...so no need for this model anytime soon. Maybe when they start selling for $100.

Any word on a price drop for the current 160gb? I'd rather have that than this.

hoping for a good deal at best buy this sunday on a ps3, since im guessing theyll want to clear out the current slims...would be real nice if they did it with the madden bundles as I dont really care about the design and id much rather have madden than uncharted

How in the world should this be $200? The current 250 GB PS3 with a game is $300. You're getting a slimmer PS3, a month of PSN+, a better game kind of (Uncharted 3 GOTY is better than Uncharted 3, and 250 GB harddrive.

Well, I mean, should it be $200? Yes. But will $ony let it be $200? Hell no, judging by the way they price their stuff.

Im hopping this one will be released w/o game for 200 and drop the price of the old ones so I can buy a fat.
