Yeah that is where I got all my PMs so far, except AC 3 which was the Kmart deal. I figure I should get $20 more back for AC3 and Dishonored when they hit $40 before the 60 day window.

I only tried because it was the last time I could PM BL2 so I went for it. They never even gave me any trouble so I did them all.

My Bestbuy was giving me shit too. cleark read it as buy 1 and get 50% off the next game purchase. to quote TRU "buy 1 game at regular price 59.99 and save $10" I kept telling that illiterate that it was "save $10 when you purchase a game at 59.99." Further clarification.... 100% good thru Wednesday. 50% starts Friday, but I'm pretty sure they don't do trades on Black Friday. They didn't last year at least. Maybe they will since they now have the gaming counters *shrug*

Should I wait until 50% starts to trade in Black Ops 2? The last time games were listed online as guaranteed $40 in tradein value resulted in them going up to $27 base during 50%.

I'd create a forum thread on BBY's forums, since you can guarantee a moderator will help you within 3-5 days.

I made a topic on how I didn't get the 10% bonus applied on my last two trade-ins (and that it likely wasn't employee error since I trust the ones who processed the trade-ins), and that while the stores where I made the trades were able to address the missing 10% in their own way (one store added the value to a GC, the other promised to take $5 off my next video game purchase there), I was concerned that I wouldn't get the RZ points for the trade-ins and that this might happen again in the future.

I got a response 3 days later from a mod who said he would add 500 RZ points (way more than what I would have gotten from the trade-ins) to my account as an apology. Obviously, I thanked him for his generosity, and I'll just have to hope/pray that my next trade-in will have the 10% applied.

TL;DR: It might be a better idea to make a forum thread on BBY's forums about your missing 10% instead of calling.

On the missing 10%, not sure if this is the issue, but I do not have an issue when my gamers account is put in at the start or in the middle of the trade transaction, (not at the end)...

might be worth a try for those with issues...

The first thing I say is I'm a rewards member and give them my phone number. Never had an issue with 10% add on.

Why are you guys signing away the game if you're not getting the 10%? Should know the exact value if you check online.
