From what I've read, saves are incompatible between the vanilla and GotY edition. If you have a vanilla copy, all the DLC except for Harley Quinn's Revenge are on sale for XBL Gold member, details are in the XBL DotW thread.

If it's $30 or less, I'll bite. Beat the story mode once back in November, but I'd like to go back and play all the extra DLC and do all the extra side missions.

i think it's def ark city. which is good. the tiv went from 33 yesterday to 12 today. doh should have locked one in.

For a cover? I've seen some cool covers for games that no one gives a damn about.

I haven't seen the cover but I do know that the vanilla version was one of the best games I played last year.

Anybody know if the codes in the PS3 version of the GOTY Arkham City are separate for each DLC, or at least if Catwoman is separate? Or is all the DLC on the disc?

EDIT: Nevermind, it seems to be all on the disc from what I'm reading.

$20 or less and I might bite, otherwise I can wait for it to hit that. There is no limited time 3D glasses or anything like the AA GotY.

But I'm guessing the Batman Year One download code might expire at some point for ps3 if you wait too long, but probably not for xbox. Xbox wins the lensoftruth head2head (slightly) for anyone interested. There is no amazon TIV for 360 anymore, so let's hope for a fire sale.

same here, although I told myself Id get it even at $40

Game is currently sold by Amazon for $48.15 (PS3) and $48.38 (360). I see this selling for $35-40 during the deal. Way too early for GOTY to hit $20...maybe during BF.

PS3 version should sport 2 discs, one for the original game, and one for all the DLC/bonus content.

I'm swapping it out with a vanilla copy cover art. Way too much text targeted at marketing the game cluttered this cover! Maybe they thought it needed to be more explicit about how great the game was.

Probably gonna be $34.99.

I'll buy if it magically hits $19.99 myself, otherwise I'll just wait for a sale on the DLC (Still have my CE copy from Amazon's $59.99 pricing error at release)

No, thats how it is on the 360. The PS3 uses bluray and can hold all the content on disc

negativo mi amigo! ps3 version is all on 1 disc. lol i've yet to see a ps3 game with 2 bluray discs. my guess is u meant the 360 version tho.

while im not overly picky with covers( i mean what choice do i have in that matter) if given the choice between the two i do prefer the nicer looking covers. and quite frankly this one is just hideous. though i do appreciate it when designers put some effort into a good box art design. and its not like the batman DLC is fantastic or anything unless that harley one they just released is really good.

from what I've heard the Harley DLC was the worst yet. Short, and didn't add much to the story at all.
