PSN and PS+ combo cards - expires?

hola. I've been in the market for some PSN money so I can buy some vita games, and I've seen this in a few places:



I figure with a month of PS+ I can play thru Gravity Rush! my problem is the card says the trial redemption ends on 3/31/2014. Do these codes really expire?

I dont need a $30 card, just a $20, but I'd be more than happy to pay an extra $10 if I get a month of PS+ with it!

to clarify, if you turn the card around there are two scratch areas for each redemption (store credit and PS+). It's not like you redeem a single code and get both, it's two codes.

I'm pretty sure the PS+ code did expire. The credit should still be valid though.

that really sucks, but again I dont need $30 so if the code expired then it ain't worth it.
