It's because Aliens wasn't released on the U.S. PSN. Everyone is pissed off that they can't play such a great game.

That is through gohastings and if you have dealt with them before you probably no not to expect that great of service. You also have to add a filler item to get it to $30 but it is on sale for $40 and will go back up to $60 as soon as the sale is over.
