Are you near a Sony store? I got BlazBlue CS Extend for $9.9x from one.

It's also got the voice of Tron and the voice of Kid (of Kid and Play).

I don't have a Vita and would mainly want it for my PS3 copy. Would I be getting the DLC if I buy the game on PSN?
Not sure if this has been answered yet, but I can confirm that you do get the PS3 downloads. I was given the extra characters and costumes.

Blazblue is the better game of the two by far IMO but I can't speak for the community as I haven't played it in a while.

Still, there are many sites and such dedicated to helping you find matches if you actually want to challenge better people so I'd say the price point is right for it if nothing else but to get you caught up in the game series before BB:CP comes out sometime later this year.

By far? I think you're pushing it there...

Blazblue has a better story, more modes and plenty of unlockables, where as SF X Tekken has VASTLY more fighters (BB has like 18 vs 55 for SF X Tekken), all DLC was cross buy, first run (might not be running anymore) copies included alternate costumes for the original characters and the PS3 DLC characters (unlocked by default on the Vita), online worked against PS3 users.

As far as communities being alive... both are pretty close to "dead". There are still the hardcore people who still love the game and plenty of people you can find on CAG / other sites to fight you, but thats about it. I wouldn't say 1 is better than another, since SF X T was getting protested over the locked DLC and Blazblue was a launch title.

I am very tempted by Blazblue, but I'm afraid of all the quick button combinations on the vita. I got MK and man is it hard at times to pull some things on the poor little guy

This worked for me. Just had to search out Wild Arms on my PS3 Store. Thanks guys.

I've been playing fighters for a very long time and I was talking more in terms of actual enjoyment of the game itself both from the casual side to competitive.

While it's undeniable that SFxT has more characters, when it actually comes down to representing different and unique fighting styles, BB's characters do this very well while many SFxT characters can just be swapped by one another.

Not to mention SFxT is natively a 6 button game which does not translate all that well to the Vita's button setup compared to BB's 4 buttons.

Costumes and such nonsense aren't a part of my interest although I suppose they might be for you.

Enjoying Wild ARMs a lot on the Vita right now but I shouldn't be playing 3 or 4 RPGs concurrently...curiosity got the best of me.

I noticed how blurry the manual is on the Vita...I guess it's due to keeping the overall flle size smaller, right? Is it the same on PS3 (which I don't have yet)?

BlazBlue:CSE is definitely worth playing. If it weren't for a fellow CAG member, I wouldn't have realized how fun BB:CSE actually is. Has tons of humorous content. Don't have SFxT yet...not sure if I'll be motivated enough to play yet another fighting game in the near future since I already invested a lot of time in Tekken Tag Tournament 2 (Wii U) and Street Fighter IV 3D.

Blah, blah...have a good day!

What's weird is that Wild Arms has no price or option to download or purchase from either the PSN store or Sony's Web store. How am I supposed to get ti?

Wild Arms has one of the best opening cinematics in gaming. That song is absolutely amazing.

You can't do this through your ps3. You need a psp/vita or mediaGo to get it.

you can download media go and redeem it to your PSN download list. Then just download it to whatever you see fit (works for all 4 games)

I was able to get it by logging into the store on my PSP and it allowed me to download it. I don't know why the store on the PS3 doesn't allow you to download it.

It's supposed to be a promo for current Vita/PSP owners only, so they made it only available on the Vita/PSP. To make that possible, they had to just 100% remove it from the PS3 store. The Media Go method is a loophole.

Really? You bought the Vita version and it gave you all the DLC that comes with a retail copy of the game? Do you have a PS3 copy of the game so you can verify it works?

Why would you need to verify it works? The DLC is confirmed cross buy and if you get 1 version, you can get the other. Even if it DIDN'T give you the alternate version, the PS3 version of the DLC would just be listed for free.

This is very true. Even though not as good as the first, I loved that Wild Arms 2 had 2 different openings and songs, 1 for each disk.

I'm sure it works but wanted the extra reassurance because delivery for this DLC has been wonky as hell. Some of it was free on PSN from a glitch a while ago, others reported that they only got select characters for free, the DLC voucher codes that came with the Vita version of this game didn't work or gave different content when it first released, etc. I can't take it on faith that they worked out the kinks if I'm paying $20 for DLC. Wouldn't you?
