ok so there is a straight-up 50% tiv bonus advertised on the powerup rewards site.

i just got back from a local store and no 50% bonus would apply.

also, ratchet and clank collection (should be 18.99) rang up as 24.99
jak and daxter collection (should be 12.99) rang up as 18.99

i left displeased. anyone know what's going on?

With bonuses I almost paid for New Super Mario Bros U. Glad I got my GameStop mall visit out of the way before the huge crowds hit during the day.

Yep. That pretty much sucks. Was planning on trading mine in to get the Amazon Bundle tomorrow. Now I'm not so sure.

motorstorm: apocalypse base = 8.00

I flipped two of the 3 max paynes i got from kmart along with la noire and once upon a monster (with two 15$ off coupons i payed pocket change for those 5 games lol) to gamestop and got a free sleeping dogs with credit to spare. I also threw in motorstorm that i got with the 3d display as i have that game already

I got there an hour before opening and I was first in line by the time it opened.

Traded in the Vita for $110 and a Slim PS2 for $36. Picked up the ACIII White Vita bundle.

Today is definitely the time to get rid of your PS2's

if my local gamestop opened at midnight, do they close again before morning or do they stay open all night? let's say that I could stop by at 4am, would they be open?

Traded in a 160GB ps3 and $40 for the $199 PS3 250GB Holiday Bundle. Got home and did an inventory check, nothing left in 100 mile radius. Barely made it, due to time wasted backing up my files.

No joke about that, it must be all the trade-in values. Fry's still has the bundle in stock. I really don't want the included games. No luck picking up a used Wii or Xbox for a decent price. I am left with NS DS Lite but with no bundles in-stock (today), I guess my goose is cooked.

I am left trying to get cash value for the game bundles if I go ahead and purchase. Sort of stinks.

Do I need a nunchuk to trade in with the Wii or just the WiiMote?

But man, I can't believe how annoyed I am by the fact Infamous Collection and the Uncharted Dual Pack aren't in actual game cases.

You probably need a nunchuck but it doesn't hurt to try a Wiimote by itself first.

voucher codes for redeeming on psn? yeah, i woulda gone hulk-smash had i seen that, considering i swapped for MORE hdd space - not to load it all up on day 1!

just updating: I just traded in my 60GB PS3 and got $170 store credit for it.

i just wouldn't unless it bothers you that much. TIVs are going to plummet even more now because of these bundles.
