I don't even want to deal with customer service. I'll have to wait for them to ship me a box, send it in, wait a couple weeks, get another unit back, have that one crap out in another month, rinse and repeat. The worse part is that this was such a good deal so much so that it can't be replicated. Where else am I going to find a 24 inch 3D monitor for $100? Nowhere. I was looking at that Asus that someone mentioned, but that's $60 more and without 3D capabilities. Total bummer.

Since it's been past 30 days, is it too late to buy a Squaretrade warranty? I don't want to deal with shipping it to Sony only to get another faulty monitor and deal with this all over again. I'd rather just get my money back.

I'm still dealing with BestBuy on trying to get a refund for my monitor that I never received. I've called them repeatedly and first they had to try to track the package (UPS said they never received it), then they were supposed to issue a refund but never did. This latest rep issued another claim to try to get me my refund. It has been a nightmare and now I'm stuck with an extra set of 3D glasses for a monitor I don't even have and paid for. If they don't get back to me by Tuesday then I'll call them again on Wednesday to try to get it resolved. I'm not hopeful at this moment even though all the evidence is there.
