No Portal 2..

Traded in a few games and picked up Zombie U and Black Ops 2.. Blops 2 on the Wii U is great, I played several rounds of multiplayer on the gamepad.

some stores have Kindle cards. most stores should get them after the holidays.

one store I was at today got a call and the employee was looking reading the kindle fire box looking for a kindle card lol

What is this crap about the deals being done early. My email clearly states "these values are only gauranteed until December 16.

if you read your e-mail you'll notice their is also fine print which states they reserve the right to change or terminate the promotion at any time.

I went today at around 6pm. The deals were still active then. Traded in Portal 2 and Sly Collection as well.

Yeah you'd better get those trade ins done sooner rather then later

With all the talk about "Kindle" cards - doesn't that just mean Amazon credit? Or is it really limited to the Kindle e-book store?

Yes, they are basically Amazon GCs.

if anything only a one or two of these games will drop. last time gamestop ran something like this they only dropped one game. one game. everyone is acting like they'll drop the whole list but i highly doubt they will

Best Buy would be stupid to let anyone trade in warped games. Whats to stop someone from just grabbing a bunch of games off the shelf then walking over to trade them in? lol

It's not part of this trade-in-value deal unfortunately. It only goes for $7.00 according to the TIV tracker on CAG.

Thanks for the TIV OP. Traded in some copies of portal 2 haven't flipped since the best buy fiasco with that free nerf strike game. No go on the kindle GC cards though. Hopefully they stock them soon.

There's a second screen that the store clerk has to go through to see if any promotions are applied. The first screen will just list the trade-in values before the promotion kicks in. I had traded in three games today and, initially, it said I was only going to get ~$35 or so. But after the clerk went to the next screen, the price jumped to $80.
