Basically I've been receiving PMs but I don't get the pop-up or the blinking PM telling me I have new messages. If it wasn't for the e-mail telling me I have new PMs I wouldn't know.

The PM notification has never worked for me. :(

It works for me, but if you dont notice it when you first enter a forum area you will miss it. As soon as you go to a new area, the notification disappears (as they assume youve seen it and it is not new anymore)

If you have a pop-up blocker, you won't get the popup, unless you set it to allow them from this site.

I rarely, if never, get PMs, so I couldn't tell you.

Just a reminder that the new PM flag is still busted and disappears after going to another page.

Hmmm...I also have problems with, "as opposed to" and "as apposed to."

Yeah, I noticed that too...I don't think it's "broken" but it would be nice if it lingered until you read your PMs.

The notification seems to only work if I click on a thread link.

oppose has to do with opposition to something, appose has to do with the applying of something.
