Man all the different pre-order extras for bioshock infinite are interesting. I think the x-com for free on steam though takes the cake.

Watchout if you don't live in US: it requires a US ip address for the code to work on Steam.

What? Steam uses the same codes for US and Canada. I've had friends in the US buy me games on there several times and the key always redeemed. I don't think that's correct info.

Edit, maybe you're talking about outside of US and Canada?

Inversion seems to be region locked to US so it requires a US ip. Other CAGs could confirm this.

Yeah there are definitely region locked Steam games, I was looking at it from a US&Canada perspective but outside of those countries you could definitely run into problems.


Forget it, I'll just get my friend in the US to buy the game.

anybody know if the BL2 mechromancer will work with the PC version? the $4.49 before coupon one, not the Mechromancer pack for $7.49 before coupon. i dont really care for the rest of the stuff thats in the pack.

Is there any chance Amazon will or has price matched Steam's daily deal today? Do they normally price match daily deals? (to anyone who might know)

I might pull the trigger on one of the COD games today if so because I've been wanting UT2k4 on Steam.

Just to clarify the deal posted in this post IS what they are offering currently on GW2. 30% off or whatever it is, brings it down to 40 for the regular version, Amazon just has it in 3 days. The one on the GW2 site ends tomorrow I believe.

The publisher one has been going on for a week also it's cheaper.

The only one cheaper is the deluxe version by 5$ and you can get that one down to 45 from Amazon as is, so it's not cheaper aside from the base price.

So if the game doesn't mention steam anywhere on its page then it doesn't come with a steam code correct? I was thinking of picking up Death to Spies, but it doesn't mention a steam code.
