The box it came in is perfect condition. Namco did blame UPS, but I am thinking I did get a reject. I will send another email and see how that goes. Probably not well.

Their customer service is a joke. I seriously had a girl hang up on me, because I called the "wrong" number of the two posted in their own email. Neither of the numbers posted in that email even attempted to help me. I don't know what they are for.

My guide came in perfect condition. the box it was shipped it was big though, could fit 3 or 4 guides in it.
there was little to no protection in it though. just a bubble wrap sheet, but the ones that have HUGE pockets. like 1 sheet with 3 big pockets.
Might as well not have it in there at all.

I got my guide today and it came in great condition. However I was a little disappointed with the way it was delivered - I wasn't home when it arrived so the UPS delivery man decided to chuck the box over to my patio. Luckily it wasn't damaged, but if it was I knew who to blame. The packaging was terrible btw so I had luck by my side.

Got mine. Perfect condition.

I don't have the game, so I don't know if I'll keep the guide in case I get the game one day or just ebay it, but it's something I guess.

I deal with the USPS on a daily basis, they are so slow, but usually not damaged. Your UPS story and this FedEx guy just goes to show, all 3 can be a gamble.

My guide just arrived today, and by some miracle, it is in perfect condition. The box was about 5 times bigger than it needed to be, and they used one small inflatable pack which probably got popped the first time the package was tossed. Now time to list it on Ebay, and try to recoup some of my Wizard Edition(france) cost.

sent them an email about not getting my guide. here is their reply:

basically the email was sent directly from a NamcoBandai domain - NOT a DR one. that's why emailing DR won't really do anything as they have NOTHING to do with the free mag.
