I figure both of them will probably become available on PSN sooner or later.

Yeah looks that way I checked a list and couldn't find griffy (Amazons exclusive) on it so I think they were completely exclusive/new characters. Dammit.

I wouldnt be surprised if they went on PSN later, atleast Griffy and Flutterby. I doubt the Golden stuff will go up, since Hurley was for buying the guide, and Mite/Drongo are from the Wizard Edition.

I'm happy I atleast got Flutterby and Hurley

That's who I have right now too. How far are you into the game? I'm only an hour in, didn't go to ding dong yet. When do we have access to our DLC characters?

In the game menu they show up as tickets to exchange. Hurly says its golden, flutterby doesn't mention it's gold.

From what I remember reading every DLC including familiars and such from the japan version are in our retail copies. So what I'm thinking they might actually be exclusive but europe is also getting a free familiar due to the delay so I'm thinking they are eventually going to put them up on the psn store.

I just got to Ding Dong too, I heard you get the DLC characters a few hours in.

Man there is too much tension and stress over this game and it's merch. It's crazy and kind of funny at the same time lol!

Checked all 3 gamestops near me after work... All 3 are out of the guide. Seems like stores just got little stock. They said they wont get anymore. So for anyone that wants the guide now... Try and buy it now in amazon or barnes n noble or walmart. Dont think prima will be printing more of this after the restock in amazon... This is going to be a sought after guide in the future for sure

I could have sworn I saw someone post earlier about wanting to trade the best buy for amazon DLC. Was that in this thread?

I got mine, but not via email. I had to contact their CS. I used the chat option, and it took about 30 seconds to get my code.

Have you used it yet? Do you know when you get to use/activate the familiars?

Yeah, I just had to open a chat with their CS to get my Griffy, and it was quick and easy.

Is this about the DLC with game or guide?

Yes, I used it...it showed up fine on PSN and downloaded OK. I'm not at the point where I get it in-game though.

In amazon chat now and the CS can't find the code :/
