Read below for info. Also, be ready to buy from Amazon UK in the next day or two if you're still waiting on this. I should have a US and UK version. When I ordered the US version, I kept my UK order just in case Digital River s up. Also I can flip the UK version and cover some of the costs.

Why did they cancel my order? I ordered during the first run!

If you ordered the game during the first run of the Wizards edition or placed an order within the first two hours of the second run, you should be ok. According to a user on facebook, they are aware of this issue with some of the orders and it is a glitch that they are trying to rectify within 24-48 hours. If you want to confirm, give Digital River a call and tell them that your order was cancelled for no reason. If the person on the phone tries to give you an answer you know is factually incorrect, ask to speak to a supervisor. They seem to have a better understanding of what's going on.

Why did they cancel my order? I ordered during the second run!

It seems like Namco ran out of Wizards edition approximately two hours after they opened up pre-orders but the button to do so was still available. Unfortounately, I'm not sure what else to say other than trying to give Digital River a call and asking why.

How can I contact Digital River?

1-952-253-1234 (Canada/US)
1-866-585-3251 (International)

When is my order shipping? How long will it take? Is it going to be packaged safely?

lol Digital River.

So I'm out of luck when it comes to getting the Wizards Edition?

All hope is not lost. Amazon UK will be temporarily getting another stock of the Wizards Edition in 24-48 hours.

Why does it say "Sold Out!" on my order details?

This is because we are now past the release date. If all is going well, your order status should say "In Progress". Make sure to check your credit card as well, many people are reporting that they have been charged which points to everything going as planned.

Why hasn't my account been charged yet?

It may take some time, reports of people having their card charged are pouring in slowly but surely.

My Wizard edition got cancelled as well. Received an email from Namco Bandai saying my credit card on file could not be processed, and as a result my order was cancelled. I pre-ordered this back in September even for the extra Ninostarter bonus content.

How terrible is this.. ughh. Time to see if GameStop will even have a steelbook for me. Steelbook is the only way to salvage this!

You might be able to pick up the UK version of the Wiz Ed from Amazon UK in the near future...

Ah , I ordered off a third party seller earlier today off Amazon for the guide thinking they would not get any in stock. Cost about the same price, but no prime . Although it will be shipping from NJ to PA so I am hoping it will come in this week

Which was the incentive to pull the trigger on the wizard edition. Do I want to spend more is what I had asked. I noticed there's extra DLC included with the guide so I may bite.

i mean do you even like jrpg? if you do, it is a no brainer. since you already shell out the money for the collectors edition, a little more money for the guide is a no brainer.

I am a little nervous from hearing all these horror stories about Digital River. Does anyone know what state they ship from?

That's need-to-know classified information! Or at least that's what Digital River claims. Of course with a tracking number you can probably figure it out easily!

This guy gets it.

Alright, you guys have convinced me. Might as well go all in. Just wish I had a shipping confirmation on my Wizard Ed. I ordered at 10:41 after they released some more for preorder the other day so I should be good...

I ordered the guide and pre-ordered the game from GS for the steelbook. I just can't justify keeping a $60 game based on the size of my backlog and how cheap games get. I just REALLY want this game...

Oh I plan to, I am just hesitant to because I really want it. One part really wants to play the game and the other part knows I should wait and get it cheaper down the road.
