That's a decent enough deal. The best I've seen was the special edition (the pre-order version), or whatever it's called, for like $15 on Newegg, a month back. This may just be the new price.

This second game though just goes for balls out action, it's completely visceral, and fun as hell. I didn't enjoy the story of the voice acting as much in the second game, but the action is far, far better. I very highly recommend both games!
