Does anyone know where to find these for PC? Is there a place that has a pretty long compilation of completed saves so I don't have to repeat the non-cloud games from years ago like Star Wars Empire at War or Bulletstorm?

I found this site from a previous thread but it doesn't look like a US site if that makes any difference.

It all depends on the game. Some save to your "My Documents" folder, some will save to somewhere in the install directory, and some are in the AppData folder.

Sorry, I meant completed savegamefiles as in the campaign is completed so I want to copy it over my new or partially completed savegame.

I hate upgrading my computer and missing some when I transfer.

Unfortunately, your best bet is a mod tool.

None in particular. World in Conflict for example. I finished it and would like to play again, just not all the way through again. I figured people somewhere would've uploaded completed savegame files and formed a collection somewhere by this time. Figured PC games should be easy to do this for but I haven't found a single website anywhere.

Well - For every game that I play where a save file is used - I back it up by emailing it to myself. That's for the future I guess.

Your best bet would be to hit a forum for the game in question and ask forum members to upload theirs.
