Just wanted to ask all the XBL Pandora Tomorrow players what their favorite group was, spies or mercs? So far I would have to say Merc just because 80% of the time that is what I've played. Beside that it is so much fun to hunt. I am also looking to add some friends. I just signed on the XBL a few days ago, so if any of you want to add me the XBL name is Squirms.

There's always a bunch on kids wanting to be the spy so I end up being a merc. I think it's 80% of the time according to the stats page. No matter. I just wish I had had more time this weekend to play.

That's what I've noticed too. Everyone wants to be a spy, but I think it takes a little more skill to be a succesful merc, especially when the spies use good teamwork to hit two targets at once.

I'm guilty of prefering spys too. Most of my newbie friends actually prefer being the merc, which is fine by me. They say it's easier to them. Well, that is until they have their necks snapped for the 100th time.

There is a satisfaction of sitting on a ledge right above a merc waiting for your partner to distract them so you can drop down and get the ND133.

I think the greatest insult is for the spies to win because the mercs ran out of lives.

As a spy, I get great satisfaction going into a room where the merc has tried to fortify the place with mines as then left thinking it was safe. Oh what a feeling when the word Decontamination in progress pops up.

As of right now I'm enjoying both so much that I can't honestly say If I prefer one or the other.

While I agree most people seem to like playing as a spy to me as long as you have good communication with your partner as a spy or merc then it doesn't matter what side I am on.

Hey, I've been thinking about getting this game. How good is it? I have SOCOM 2 and love it (I know they are not the same) and have Rainbow Six 3 that I never play, so I can be a bit touchy. I like team strategy that doesn't seem to be a factor in RS3, so what do you think, is SC:PT different enough. Is it good?

It should also be noted that I don't really play single player games (I have logged over 144 hours on S2 online and about 20 minutes of the single player version)

What part of Rainbow Six 3 are you playing that you don't see the "team" part of the game. Go play the terrorist hunt multiplayer option on Rainbow Six 3 then come back with a detailed report.

Then translate the report into Spanish and give it to my cheaper, Mexican equivalent, JimmieMacio.

Well hombre, I've played that option out, and after I became accustomed to where the terrorists might be (random terrorist location? yeah ok sure)and was walking through the levels on the highest difficulty setting, I stopped playing and haven't picked it up since. That part was awesome when it was new, but now it is old and busted. I need teh new hotness. I need more than point and shoot, I need a reason to stay alive, I need a mission in life. DAMMIT what is my MISSION? Oh, and I mean in videogames. get back to me with that mexicano.

I guess Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow is right up your alley. Go buy it, add me to your Friends list and we'll be snapping necks by midnight.

Good game last night, too bad it's one of the only games I played that went well. Two games previously I was sucking ass and got -26 points and -13 points. Hopefully tonight thing will go better.

yeah, good stuff, but I'm having trouble sleeping at night, I keep thinking there are spies in the room, trying to get my ND133. I've got to stop them.
