can someone tell me about this game. i went into the store today and i asked how this game plays and the dude jus said its like any other tetris so that shit didnt help. someone who has this game can u tell me if its worth buying

THQ shows that tertris can indeed be messed up.

it is a disgusting game.

i was kind of happy when i bought the game, but once i played it my happiness turned into something more akin to the feeling a disgruntled postal worker must have right before he blows away all his coworkers. the gameplay is horrible. you can't even keep score. when you beat a level, it resets the board, making continuous play impossible. let me tell you something, only losers don't keep score. there's none of the classic russian music, it's all car commercial techno, which, in case you were wondering, is even worse than normal non-toyota techno. you'd be better off playing tetris on a ti-83 calculator like i did in high school. or just play pretend tetris on notebook paper, it's still way more fun than tetris worlds. it's beyond me how they managed to make tetris not fun.

i jus played the XB version and it sux. and to think i was gonna pay 20$ for it on GCN, when will a good tetris be out again?

Hmm.. I liked it.. But it wasnt as good as the classic.. For about 10$ its worth picking up.. imo

It is terrible IMO. There are many other choices if you're looking for a mulitplayer game. I played this game with 3 other people (they are casual gamers) and even they thought it sucked. Unfortunately I bought the game brand new from gamestop without bothering to read the reviews on the game, thinking that... it's Tetris, how bad can it actually be when the classic one was so good without the multiplayer......

A good tetris will come out again when some people who can actually design games pick up the license.

Yes it sucks. The only enjoyable thing I got out of it is that I got it for Xbox, so I can listen to my own tunes....thats not saying much though, since I do have a stereo. Seriously, how do you mess up this game. Just have a continuos mode.

wait, wait, everyone is giving this game a bad wrap. i did get a few moments of enjoyment.

if you put the disk upside down in the microwave and toast it for ~5 seconds, it'll give you some cool blue sparks. though this is a one time only kinda deal, since it burns the data off of the disk.

hey i used to do that at my job alonx. i used to take brand new cds\dvd's put them in the microwave sealed and then put them out on the selling floor so some poor shmuck can come along and buy the piece of crap. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!! just so they have to come back and return it [if the return clerk let dem] they be like "i bought this a couple of seconds ago and look, the shit is cooked." clerk be like what the HELL did you do to this thing"???
