Because I am self-indulgent...

-Metroid Prime 2: Echoes (9.5) A mild improvement upon its predecessor in nearly every way. Longer, creepier atmosphere, and plenty of secrets. An all around great package.

-Beyond Good & Evil (9.0) Too short and too easy, but more than the sum of its parts, and minute for minute possibly the most fun I've had for my cube.

-Resident Evil 4 (9.0) Not as mind-bendingly original as some would lead you to believe, but still a very well polished lengthy action game.

-Metroid Prime (9.0) Near great game. Well executed. Mild pacing problems near the end.

-Rogue Leader (8.5) Eventually it got old. But I probably put more hours into it than any other game in my GC collection before it did though.

-Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time (8.5) Too short, too easy, and lacking in depth. But somehow still very very addicting. I even played through it a second time despite nothing new for replay value.

-Metal Arms: Glith in the System (8.5) Competent FPS with great combat. Difficulty unintentionally fluctuates though.

-Viewtiful Joe 2 (8.5) More of the same. Still fun, but wearing a bit thin. Wait for the price to go down though and it's at least as good as its predecessor.

-Viewtiful Joe (8.5) Great lenghty oldschool 2D beat-em-up with some new twists and penty of nifty unlockables to extend replay value. Some boss battles are dull and drag on too long though.

-Star Fox Adventures (8.5) Underrated Zelda rip-off. Lots of unconventional gameplay types that are pretty hit and miss, but it's a fairly lengthy adventure that's very well paced and addictive. Almost as good as Beyond Good & Evil.

-Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy (8.5) Zelda rip-off that has it's faults (load times, poor in-game economy), but is ultimately a lot of fun to play and it looks great. Not much replay value though.

-Zelda: The Wind Waker (8.0) A mostly great game bogged down by some horribly horribly tedious sailing, song cutscenes, and subquests. It's otherwise too easy. Too bad, as otherwise it contains all the greatness inherant in the Zelda franchise. If they cut out all the padding it would've been shorter, but ultimately a lot better. Zelda deserves better than this.

-Pikmin 2 (8.0) Superior to its predecessor in nearly every way. Not being able to evacuate caves while still keeping the treasure you've collected led to too much unneccessery frustration though. Greatly in need of a quick-load "try again" command for each cavern level. Otherwise a lot of fun.

-Super Mario Sunshine (8.0) A well-made 3D platformer, but still a step down from Yoshi's Island nearly a decade earlier.

-Luigi's Mansion (8.0) An underrated game mainly due to its original $50 MSRP as a launch title. But since the cost has gone down it's worth either buying or at least a rental. Too short and easy, but a lot of fun while it lasts.

-Super Monkey Ball 2 (7.5) A poor main-game and a lot of hit-and-miss mini-games (that take too much effort to unlock through the main-game). Still monkey bowling, monkey billiards, monkey baseball, and monkey tennis are worth it. Great for having people over.

-Splinter Cell: Pandorra Tommorrow (7.0) Fun, if you don't mind playing through 95% of a game through grainy black and white night vision goggles. Worth a rental.

-Pikmin (7.0) Fun at first, but lacking in depth, length, and replay value.

-Rebel Strike (6.5) Inferior sequel to Rogue Leader. Extremely poor ground missions feel out of place. Hit-and-miss, lacking polish, but the ships are more balanced and it includes a co-op version of Rogue Leader.

-Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem (6.5) Overrated insanity effects that are both repetitive and don't really effect the gameplay. The level design also gets repeated too often and the puzzles aren't very good. Great ideas; mediocre execution.

-Animal Crossing (5.0) Fun for about three weeks, then I couldn't stand it anymore. My girlfriend likes it though, and it's got some unlockable NES mini-games.

-Resident Evil 0 (3.5) Poor controls, combat, puzzles, and save system. Quite simply not at all fun to play. Looks pretty though, and a decent game to watch someone else play.

Wait. I haven't heard about Rebel Strike "containing a co-op version of Rebel Leader." What do you mean by that?

You're kdding right? Rebel Strike has a co-op version of the entire Rogue Leader game. Worth $15 just for that feature, not much more.

Yes, I do have too much spare time on my hands (this whole list came about when I was reorganizing my GC collection on my shelf from best to worst).

And Rebel Strike really does contain the entire version of Rogue Leader in co-op. You can't play Rogue Leader single player in it though. Also I think you may have to beat the Rebel Strike single player to unlock it, which isn't that hard.

Nope, you dont' need to unlock it, but you do have to unlock the classic star wars games, I'd say it's worth $15 for those alone.

And nice reivews but I think you weren't hash enough on the scoring.
