I got a sandisk 512 MB from Staples a few weeks back for $29.99.

It's the smallest one I've seen, and I have had bo problems with it. I beleive Sandisj is the 1st or 2nd leading producer of USB drives.

That is a great price for that drive. Did you order online or go ot the actual store? Is it the mini or micro and how is the cap on it?

It's a cruzer micro and the cap is just a smalll plastic piece that fits on the end. Nothing special.

I picked it up instore.

Fry's has a 2.2 Gig USB drive for $79.99

Sandisk is a good brand, but most work rather well.

I've got a Lexar Meida, it's one of the cheaper brands that is often on sale. Works great and I never really use more than 100 mb or so.
