I'm looking for a good deal on buying DVD+R media (looking for 100-200 to split w/ roommate). Any suggestions on where to look?

Bestbuy is having a special this week - $20 for a fifty pack (probably after rebate).

Besides that, I noticed Newegg has them pretty cheap.

If you have a PC Club they usually have a 50 pack of the 4X DVD+R's for $15.99 with no rebates to get ripped off on.

I might go with this deal:

http://www.supermediastore.com/verba...94968-100.html

100 pack DVD+R for $38 shipped AFTER rebate. I hate rebates, but I've had good luck with Verbatim rebates in the past.
let me know if you find a better deal.

man, I wish 8.5 gb DVDs were cheaper.....

Hey the deal here had expired, but I updated it today and it is back on!
http://cheapassgamer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=47392

I checked newegg and the deal is now from 2/4 - 2/18. Sorry for the late update, but I got my disks from it and figured they wouldn't put on such a good sale again right away.

You should have asked last week. Office Depot had a B1G1F deal on +R and -R discs. I got 200 DVD+Rs for $50, shipped free. It expired 2/6/05.

I would go with the Ritek/Ridata DVD+R's. Those have always worked good for me....

Verbatims are good too. I'll need some soon....

Amazon.com has decent deals on the RIDATA DVD's also

Circuit City has a 25 pack for $7.99. No rebates, that's the normal price. It's the cheapest you're going to find anywhere. + or -.

I don't think the offer is available online, but I'm not sure.
