Not sure what I'd call the coolest title ever, but my all-time favorite was for a game I saw in a bargain bin at KB Toys years ago. I can't even remember what system it was for (Atari 2600 maybe?), but the game was called "Tanks But No Tanks". I just can't help it- I love that title. I almost bought it just for the box.

That's the absolute best. A game name has to relay if it's going to be good, bad and give you some idea of what to expect. Shaq Fu tells you all you need to know about a game. Absolute greatest video game name of all time.
