I just went to Kmart and found an unopened South Park Chef's Luv Shack for $5. is this a good find?

No, it's pretty close to what you'd expect.

Buy it if you like South Park and feel a trivia / classic minigame combo is worth $5, never buy a game based on perceived resale value (unless you're sure of it, like if you find Radiant Silvergun in a pawnshop for $10)

sorry to dissapoint you .....

but kmart seems to have scammed you for 5 dollars.

of all DC games that might even be remotely valuble...
this one is right down there in the bargain bin.

i've seen it tagged for 1.99 at ebgames...
with a 50% off sticker on top of it....

heck...
if you still have it sealed... i'd even exchange it for the money back...
get a samdwich or something.

sorry....
dont give up hope.....

There are some decent new ones out there, but they are mostly sports games. There seem to be millions on NFL2K2 running around. You won't find a sealed Soul Calibur or Sonic Adventure anywhere.

Some games like Mars Matrix that had a very low pressing, are rare sealed but otherwise, I think most Dreamcast games are worthless (not in quality, but pricewise), sealed or not.

Hard to find titles like Last Blade 2, Street Fighter 3, and Spider-man that are complete and in good condition go for $30-50 on the regular on Ebay.

I have most these games mentioned at my site. New of course. And i am working on getting some more this week.

I hope to get in some SC's at a reasonable price. The DC SC is better imho than SCII.

I have a Last Blade 2 sealed and a King of Fighters 2001 sealed. The most expensive DC game right now is probably SF3: Third Strike. That seems to be going for quite a bit on eBay.. right around $70-80 in some cases. It's a great game tho.
