Resident Evil gamecube question

I know a place where I can pick up the Resident Evil Remake and Resident Evil Zero for Gamecube $12.50 each used. Are either of these considered rare? I don't want to buy them just because they are rare but I was wondering how the price compares.

They are not rare. But those are good prices.

They're more common than Mario Brothers on NES. But as Quillion said, they're great prices
