Yeah, the man is joking by saying that he doesn't have any cheap games in his ride. Not thyat he's against cheap video games. By "cheap" he means "bad," not inexpensive.

I believe everything here is just in good fun. But he was reffereing to cheap games as in low budget, low production quality rip-offs.
But I still feel EA releases some cheap production stuff too, like all the MAdden rehashes and Goldeneye.
