I noticed a few things wrong: like the game list to order games is not alphabetical (boy would that be miserable). And the price is a bit steep. But this DefectDS guy did an awesome job. Also, I sure hope that old, defunct hardware gets emulation support from their respective companies (notice Sega Genesis on the list...). That would rock. And it would be free money for those companies that are never going to make any money off of their old property as it now stands. And that eCard idea would be cool. Not only would you not need to mess with a credit card everytime you wanted a game, but parents could charge up the electronic "card" and give their children a monthly "allowance" of new games, much like the service available through iTunes.

Too bad the revolution won't look like that.... it would be cool if they released a limited edition "NES" version of the Revolution that looked like that concept art ~

The word on the street says that it does. But there is not an ethernet port. :? You have to have a wireless router. Their reasoning is that most homes are already wireless, so having a lan port would just add unnecessary cost. And since wireless routers are pretty cheap now (and will be even moreso in a year), they see no reason to have everyone pay for the feature. Also, rumblings say that Nintendo is planning on releasing their very own router. Which reminds me, I want to start a speculation thread...

Oh, that wasn't part of the post. That's just my sig.

But I would snag one in a heartbeat! They did make one out of the SP though...

He's got it sorted by system, its got an option to be ordered by name. He saw your call and raised you 3.

Yes, but the name option would likely include all systems. SNES is highlighted and the order pictured is:

Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars
Super Mario World
Super Mario Kart

Completely out of order (although all "S"s). They should still be in an order within the "System" category. That, indeed, would be miserable. I'll see his three, raise you a million. Royal Flush. I win!!!

I love the fact that game systems listed has Sega Genesis in the list.

The SSB box looks amazing. I bet Nintendos won't be as good as that.

Yeah, I'm sure it won't happen right off, but they would be insane not to bite! (Same goes for all of the other now defunct hardware manufacturers with IPs just collecting dust.)

I dunno. The stylings are snazzy, but the composition of the images is a bit amateurish. Really crowded, mainly.

"WiFi" is spammed everywhere, Wireless Fidelity is only used to connect to access points, it should say online enabled or something.

But they are chronological...

Look, start at Mario World and go down. Then just imagine that the list loops back to the beginning when you reach the end. Mario RPG is the last one released of the games displayed..

EDIT: Nevermind, didn't see Super Tennis at the bottom...there goes that theory...

Is that the official (so far anyway) Revolution logo btw? Doesn't look too nice to me...

It's the logo that Nintendo put on their Revolution prototype shown at E3 this year, so at least for now, that is the system's logo. I wouldn't be surprised if it changed, however, since Nintendo still claims that the system's official name will not be "Revolution." (Riiiiiiiiiiiight.)
