Since older games will be downloadable on the Revolution, it would be nice to see different editions of the Revolution consoles, each for the older systems that you can play on it.

They could even include several games for the system edition that they are selling. For example, the N64 themed Revolution might come preloaded with Super Mario 64. It would be a nice way of showing the Revolution's extensive back catalogue.

Just a thought after seeing that one guy's sig that has a Revolution that looks like an NES. >_>

I just think they should sell controller adapters that will work when plugged into the Rev.

Controller adapters would result in a flood of calls from pissed off people saying YOU MEAN I NEED AN NES CONTROLLER TO PLAY AN NES GAME?

If you think this is not the case, consider this. Someone at my work (I tech support) called me and asked me how to insert a CD into the computer. I told her to open the CD drive. 2 minutes of silence later she says she doesn't see it. I described the location to her. "OH, you mean the DVD drive?"

I lose a few brain cells just from hearing that.

Have you ever had somene trying to scan by holding the paper to the screen? That's what I call a loss of brain cells!

That would kick ass though if they had cases that payed homage to the older gens. I would so pick up an NES Rev. Hmm... I bet I could gut and mod and old NES to house the Rev though.

Please,... someone make some mock ups.

I like the NES version, that's in a few peoples sigs,... but that purple/gray SNES look would be awesome.

just the case of the rovolution with different covers, is what you meant right? Youre not talking about having them designed like the older systems, cause that would be kinda gay. But if they had 3 different editions of it, each that had different system painting on it, that would be kick ass.
