Sorry if already posted. Stumbled upon this image(link) and wondered if anyone else had seen it. Not only does it have a possible release date, but these might be the infamous controllers.

not that i know, but my gut tells me to call bullshit on this one.

the "release date" at the bottom is, of course, the number of the beast. 666. that by itself leads me to believe that it was created by some fan of another system, or else someone with cruel intentions for their new nintendo products.

the only way i can see 6-6-06 as being the release date is if they change the name from revolution to armageddon. or try to capitalize on the marketing potential of that, somehow.

plus, and oh joy, the fact that i JUST noticed this bothers me, the url leads to a subdirectory called "fakes". i mean, come on.

Didn't catch the subdirectory "fakes", but we can still dream can't we

Totally on the fence here... I could see the controllers looking like that, or very similar to that. But I'd be VERY suprised if Nintendo released their new console on a day that related to a no-no number in typical American Culture.

If that's a fake, then I say the faker did a good job. Interesting pics nontheless, thanks for the contribution.

Fakes. There's no need to emulate the GCN controller when the Revolution has the ports for GC controllers already built-in.

And I'd say that's probably one of the worst pieces of concept art I've seen.

Actually, the number of the beast is really 616.

I think the whole 666 thing has to be the biggest typo/mistranslation in the history of earth.

I seriously doubt that there will be a screen of any sort on the controller... which it could lead to some innovative things, think of the costs! Each controller would have to be priced at $60 post a profit of any sort!

Keep dreamin' guys... a controller with a screen is not going to happen.

I think the biggest problem there is that the Metroid Prime logo is on the NES controller. Not the 666.

Interesting pics, I like it.

But of course they are fake, even when I loaded them up, at the bottom of the scren the address had the word fake in it.

Actually might be 666, 656, 565, 777, 676, 767... I hear a new "it's not really 666" everyday.

A belive Iwata already said the controller won't have an LCD screen, so these are definitely fakes.

Definately fakes. And I don't know about you, but I think that a screen on the controller is a bad idea....
