Guess I can help cover the SLC area, but I don't think it's gonna matter much considering there is probably only five of us CAGs in Utah.

I'm one of those five, I'm in the SLC area. It'll be good to give a heads-up to you guys about things like Circuit City clearances and which stores have more stuff (the Ft. Union CC location is always a better bet than Sugarhouse).

I'm one of those 5 too. I live in the Ogden/Riverdale area. Circuit City in Riverdale usually pretty good. Lately the Layton Target seems better than Riverdale. I got several PS2 and GC game for 75% off in Layton a couple of weeks ago but Riverdale packed their's up at 50% off and I guess sent them somewhere else.

I guess I'm the 5th. I live in Ogden also. I will try to contribute as much as possible.

Has anyone checked out this KB Toys clearance? I was thinking about going, but they only have outlet stores now, in Draper and Park City, and I don't know if it will really be worth the drive.

KB Toys is too faraway for me, however those in the SLC area can check out the Smiths Marketplace clearance. Not really much good, but it's a clearance.

Just like to give a head up for those in the SLC area, The EB at the Gateway has in stock Suikoden, Ogre Battle, and Marvel Super Heros vs. Street Fighter for ps1. They also had Lunar Silver Star Story Complete, but my friend snatched that one up.

The CompUSA around 21st south and 3rd west has a manager "clearance" rack out today - nothing great but they did have one copy of Robot Alchemic Drive (PS2) for $35. It's getting pretty tough to find so if you've been after it....

As usual the Ft. Union Circuit City was the place to go for this clearance - four copies of Chronicles of Riddick (XBOX) were there when I arrived, and I bought two. Didn't find anything else but I was only looking for Transformers (PS2) besides Riddick.

Just thought I'd report the Media Play on University in Provo had TONS of the $9.00 games that are being reported in the Sam Goody/Media Play threads. There's a couple displays at the front of the gaming section, and then back in the regular aisles as well. The only thing that they were out of (that I was looking for, anyway) was Prince of Persion: WW for xbox. But even that was in stock for PS2. Funny thing was the clerk told me they had more coming in on Wed. (11/23). Nothing like restocking clearance items !

I picked up Freedom Fighters, Psi-Ops, TOCA 2 & Brothers-in-arms, all for $9.00 each!

I got Brothers in Arms, Soul Calibur II, and Project: Snowblind for $9 each from the Brickyard Media Play. The Taylorsville store still has quite a bit available. No sign of Mega Man Anniversary Collection though.

Representing Clearfield, Ut. I saw the Mega Man Anny at Media Play in Riverdale 22 nights ago. Could be gone by now. You guys hit up Sam Goody? I did and they didn't even know about the sale. I picked up Atari Anthology, Pac Man Classic, and Namco Museum. They had others too that were not marked $8.99. You guys see any campers tonight for the 360 launch? I stopped by Clinton Walmart and there wasn't a soul there for the 360 at about 6 tonight.

i used to work at the KB toy outlet in draper and they had almost no video games when i left. but that was like 4 years ago so maybe things have changed since kb went bankrupt. I'm in that area every so often so i'll try to post their selection if i get a chance.

in my experience KB has nothing anyways and most of the ones i know of closed down or are closing (most of the major mall ones have already gone).. the media play in Provo/orem is going out of business I was able to snag two sealed Firefighter FD 18 for 50 and a used Digital Devil Saga 1 for 30 they didn't really have much.. but if you were looking for some recent stuff they might have upped their discounts (only 10 percent off new and 20 percent off used all the books though were 60 percent off)

I tried to find a psone screen at Media Play last week but couldn't find any. On a better trip, today I found a brand new sealed psone console at Sears in Ogden for only $9.97! I never thought I would see the day. It seems like only 10 years ago they were $300.

For anyone interested in the TRU sale, the best selection this morning was at Murray. I didn't go to Sugarhouse, but I was third to arrive at the WVC location (at opening!). There was a reseller there who bought several copies of most of the best stuff... so yeah, Murray.

Media Play in SLC is a bust now, for the most part, on games. A lot of titles that are still not worht it at 40% - it makes me happy somehow that they had dozens of unsold copies of the 50 Cent game. Nothing worthwhile though, at least nothing good that still can't be bought for less somewhere else.
