I updated the post a little, the meetup is still currently on.

Out of all the Best Buy's in the area, the one at Bailey Crossroads is the only one who would accept video game trade ins without a receipt. That's absurd.

I've only attempted to trade in stuff at 1 Best Buy location (Towson) and I had no trouble except for a couple of games that were still shrinkwrapped. He wouldn't take those without a receipt, but he did tell me to just take them home, open them, and bring them back tomorrow.

I had no issues at White Marsh, MD best buy. Even took games without the UPC code without issues.

Different counties have different policies about game trades. At some BBs you have to prove that you bought it from BB to trade it in at all.
I think I can swing by the meetup ~3pm

Anyone planning on bringing stuff to trade at the meetup? I'm always looking to pick up some new stuff.

Where and when is the meetup anyways?

Went to the one in Bailey's Crossroads and they took all of them without a problem. What a hassle, and I only went to such extremes because of the 100% bonus. Otherwise I would have gone to a gamestop.

Bel Air DuClaw is closer for me, but it would be a crazy drive for most.

Does that mean you are having your birthday elsewhere next year?

Never heard of Frisco Taphouse before. I'll have to ask others if they heard.

Anyway, I made up my mind, the meet-up is now CANCELLED. I will send PMs tonight reminding some who may not view this thread much. I delete the list later if no one else decides to pick it up.

A few reasons led to the cancellation. However, I'll probably just stick to hanging out with each person (or small group) individually instead of trying to put something together. Last weekend I was around AssaultSuit/BigRob. I haven't been around Ind1fference much.
