I am about to start working at the Gamecrazy here in Kingsville.

I'm from Mcallen, and I go to Austin every 2 months or so, and I stop in Alice in search of games in pawns. I'll stop in Kingsville and visit that GC next time I go.

I'm from san antonio. I do my rounds over there, takes like 2-3 days.
Alice actually has good deals at the pawn shops. There is one by the railroad tracks that has like 100 nes games. they range from 3.99 -5.99 I grabbed all the good gems but they are still alot left and they seem to get more all the time.

Also, on a related note... anyone from Portland? I was there a week or so ago, and I remember there being a small game store there named "Game Swap." The guy that ran it was pretty cool and he always had great deals on old games and accessories.

However, I don't recall seeing their logo in that shopping strip as I passed by. Did they close or move?

i heard it just opened up in portland. unless they meant another store just opening up. I have family from there.

I've visited a couple close to the highway and the ones close to the malls. I'm really looking for nes games.

I do not live there, but most of my moms side of the family lives in Bruni.. close to Alice and Kingsville. I am shocked that there is a game store close to that area! hehe It has been a few years since I have gone to visit. This is good news for when I DO go and visit, though!

alice has a gamestop. good guys there too. kingsville has a gamecrazy. Those are the ones i know of.

If the Game Swap is still around in Portland, check it out. They have tons of NES games and accessories. Also, they tend to have old-school stuff for 50% off most, if not all, of the time. Even without the 50% off, their prices are still great.

I Am From Mission, But Will Be Going To Corpus This Weekend To Visit Family.

I'm in McAllen, originally from College Station/Bryan area. I tend to take trips back there to see the family every month or so. Also I head to Austin to see my little sister.

I've picked up on a few good deals here but haven't found anything between here and CS to warrant noteworthy posts.

I get free promos and the such here at the gamecrazy. If any of you guys help me out by ordering a pre-order or needs their MVP renewed or wants one, ask for Luis or doodle. We have DQ8 posters, megaman merch, gun trading cards, just tons of stuff. i might even have a t-shirt or 2.

So if someone came in and made a pre-order, you'd hook up a CAG? Hmm. Tempting, too bad I only drive through Kingsville when I'm heading home, making it difficult to time getting a pre-order where I could make a trip out to get it. Heh. Promos are always fun though. Maybe I'll try to stop in some day just for kicks.
