Neither.

Try ZipZoomFly or NewEgg.

I'm not sure which socket you're looking for, but here's ZipZoomFly (free 2nd day shipping, but backordered on 939)

Skt. 754: http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/Produc...ctCode=80699-R
Skt. 939: http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/Produc...ctCode=80699-2
Skt. 939: http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/Produc...ctCode=80699-5 (Venice edition)

ZipZoomFly usually has a very short wait on backorders, and they only keep low stock because of low demand. If you put in a "notify me" request, they usually come back in stock very soon.

Here's NewEgg:

I'll also vouch for zipzoomfly, newegg, and mwave, although I don't use the latter two any more due to their high shipping fees to Hawaii. Continental US folks are lucky to have a lot of options.

I avoid TigerDirect completely as they tend to deal with a lot of refurbished stuff, and their CS and general practices still leave a lot to be desired...

Yeah, avoid tigerdirect. They're the slightly more respectable computer parts cousins to what Buyrite used to be for videogames. Tigerdirect is criticized in every relevant forum I've ever seen.

I'd trust newegg, zipzoomfly and mwave, probably in that order too, but they're all respectable companies from my experiences and what I've heard.

Yep, it's the Back-In-Stock Alert

Just put in your e-mail address and they get in touch when it comes back in stock.

As for motherboards...

Asus A8 Series will be ideal for your situation (most with SLI/Crossfire technology):

Bang-for-buck: http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/Produc...uctCode=240422

MSI is a slightly less-costly, yet equally efficient, motherboard maker:

Bang-for-buck: http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/Produc...uctCode=241190

Gigabyte makes a good motherboard for even less:

Bang-for-buck: http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/Produc...uctCode=242615

If you know anything about fooling with the BIOS, and you want a fully customizable overclocker, go with the DFI LANParty:
