Was wondering if anyone knows when the new DDD sale is going on. I missed out on last one needed to get some stuff. Thanks for info if possible.

You just missed the last one, they will probably have the next one around june 4th so just be patient and stock up your wishlist until then.

From what I understand they normally are in July. This year it was like June 20th.

At this moment, are there any B1G1/B2G1 DVD sales going on right now?

They just ended a B1G1 box set sale on 12/15. Nice timing :(
Now the only big promos I see are the Warner rebate and some discounts on Zatoichi titles.

i tried ordering on the night of the 15th, at like 9:15, and the checkout site wouldnt load, it kept giving me this loading error thing, so i called at about 9:15 and they close at 9, so i missed out on the deal and i had everythin all ready to buy...
so i called the next right when they opened, and they said they wouldnt honor the deal b/c its over...and i explained the entire thing and how i couldnt order for the buy one get second free deal... so i wont be buying from them in the future.

I went to a store on Black Friday, and it was so busy I got to the checkout at 1005 after the Early Bird sale prices expired, and they wouldn't give it to me, so I'm not going to shop at Best Buy again.

No offense, but that's somewhat silly. You're mad at a company for actually sticking to its clearly-stated not-so-fine print? I know this site has some problems with morals/ethics when it comes to saving a few dollars, but expecting them to extend a sale one day *just for you* because you couldn't order on time is rather solipsist. Generally the sales go till midnight, so you could have placed the order anytime til midnight on the 15th. Just like highway traffic or in-store traffic can vastly increase at a great sale, online traffic can do the same. Did you just find out about the sale, or did you wait till the last minute on purpose?

First thing that's messed up. When I worked at a store with the black friday early bird. If the people were in the store before it ended when they came up to the counter we gave them the early bird price just cause 99% of them came in well before it ended and the store was so small that we could see everyone.

I also agree they sales do normally run till midnight you could of tried it again and with different Internet browsers.
