Been keeping an eye on it today and Clackamas had some this morning, all gone now. Currently Springfield has had them available all afternoon and Beaverton and Airport Way in Portland locations are showing them instock as of about 10 minutes ago and the Bend location is showing them instock too in case anyone around here still needs one. You can't order them online and choose in store pickup though, so best thing to do would be go down there now if your store is showing them in and you want one. It also doesn't specify if they are Premiums or Core units.

Edit- For kicks, I entered my old Arizona zip code, and almost every location in or around Phoenix is now showing them in stock.

In stock @ Tulsa, OK. That's about a 3 hour drive for me... no thanks.

Keep checking periodically for ones closer to you, they seem to be popping up all over the place all day today.

When I was going to the TRU's for the sale (Portland area), 2 of them had the 360's in stock. Also lots of people are selling them (wanting to buy too), many with games and accessories on Craigslist.
