"Found it at Sunnyvale store, CA. They got a whole bunch."

If this is the model that will work on a slim PS2, I would love if someone could pick up one for me.

Yeah, YMMV. Was $16.98 at my store until we ran out last week. I think they may have dropped in price again on the 29th, tho.

Normally $30 for the memcard one ($40 for USB drive one)
So, yeah, it's totally worth it.

$29.95 at my TRU last week...was this a recent price drop? I know the other Action Replay price drop never came to my TRU. That one is still $15.

I guess if I am in the store again soon I'll have them scan one again. I think they're getting tired of scanning these things every time I visit the store.

Will this work the same as the Max Drive as far as downloading custom sports rosters and such? My friend would love to download some updated MVP Baseball rosters like I do with my Xbox Action Replay.

Bah, went to Ann Arbor, MI store today and the EVO edition pictured was $29.99

The same version I got from Best Buy.com rang up 11.48 , or some oddball cents price so I passed. They were the only 2 copies of them left on the shelf.

Just a note - the version I got from BB.com DOES work in my Slim PS2. I can even use my own usb drive to play the emulator and other files.

Picked up one exactly like in the picture (with 16mb USB Drive) for $4.xx at TRU in Austin, Texas. They had about 10 or so left.

Does the included Genesis emulator work well? And are there other emulators that I can run through the action replay without having to mod my system? Thanks.

I have the non-Evo (no memory stick) version that I got this weekend from TRU for 1.98. The Genesis emulator runs OK - definately not PC quality - but there is a group working on getting an update out there for it, should be out shortly.

That's pretty much the only emulator that will run right out of the box AFAIK.
