The article says that 'go' is the japanese word for 5. Makes sense. Still like 'revolution' more, though.

Probably just 'five' like the article points out. Personally, I don't think this is a Revolution name change. I won't believe it til E3 comes and goes.

If they do change it to 'Go', I hope they still emphasize the word 'revolution' in its advertising. It just sounds so cool and differentiates them from the competition.

yeah, as stated above, this isn't offical. Please change the thread title to reflect that.

They won't go with that terrible name.

If they don't name it the Revolution for retail, I hope they give it the ultimate retro treatment and just call it the Nintendo Entertainment System.

OP, I think you need to change the title... even the article says that "If this logo is to be believed".

Wow...it would be really stupid if the final name is Nintendo GO...

And my answer for the poll which isnt a choice is that I'll buy a Revolution after Nintendo shows what it can do...I'm not just going to buy a console blindly that I may or may not like!

I think it'd sound better as "Nintendo Gee-ohh" vs "Nintendo GO", but whatever the name, I'm ready with open arms.

People have been speculating that Nintendo Go is the name of the download service featuring the old games. Time will tell.

If not Revolution I can think of better names than GO like Nintendo Play or Nintendo ON. ;-)

They need to call it the Nintendo Nintendo.

"Nintendo Nintendo. We want to make sure you know what the f*ck you are playing with, bitches."
