Hey everyone,

I'm a pretty much new CAG'er and I found out from GameFAQS that the Upland, CA Walmart is selling Kingdom Hearts II TODAY ONLY for $32.99!!! I know this is kinda late but if you live near it I would highly suggest you go get it. There are a TON of copies left, so have fun.

can anyone confirm this on the east coast?

is this only at that location or all walmarts?

I probably should have put YMMV, but the only store I know of so far is Upland, CA...

maybe I'll check mine in a couple days.

So a Gamefaqer posted that a YMMV Walmart is selling a game for 17 bucks below retail for a single day on the ship date of the game? Riiiiiiiiight.

I'd have to call - or at the very least EXTREMELY YMMV as there have been no advertisements.

My Wal-Mart doesn't even have it yet. It usually takes them an extra week or so. =/ Sounds good though, if it's legit.

Wal-Mart puts games on sale because they are trying to match a retailer in their district... as such, Wal-Mart prices are YMMV.

Maybe they are trying to match Fry's, since the OP is from CA? Who knows... chances are, most people will find this at $49.99 since no one has it on sale this week, thus, Wal-Mart won't have it on sale.

Its possible they wouldn't have dipped that far down, but far enough to still get impulse sales from the vast majority of people who shop at Wal - Mart.

I just know that 99.9% of you won't find that sale at your Wal-Mart's.

That's not entirely true since Target has it in the ad for $45.99. Not that much off, but it's worth pricematching at Best Buy.

And it is also in the Compusa ad this week for $39.99.

Yep! It's true ^_^. I got my copy for $32.99. The girl in the department said she made a mistake pricing it (It's supposed to be 42.99), but it would have to stay that price for the remainder of the day since that's how it was advertised. Anyway, this is today only, and they had a lot of copies there when I got mine, nearly four rows worth.

if you can get a scan of the receipt up then we would all be much obliged to you my good sir
