Only a good deal if you don't own or plan on buying a next gen console. Myself, I'm waiting for the 360 version to drop around the holiday season, but from what I've seen FN03 on current gen still looks good and controls are decent; $20 is a good price for a good title.

Hell of a deal. Having played both (and owning the 360 version), you're really not missing much if you just get the XBox version. Yeah, the graphics in the 360 one are really nice, but you desensitize yourself to them quickly when you've seen people fall down the exact same way dozens of times from a punch to the body. The main thing for me is the fact you don't need status bars in the 360 version, but that's more of a cool novelty than something that revolutionizes the gameplay between the two versions.
