I think that Monthly FEE games should give away the game since they are charging a monthly fee.City of Villains (PC) is a monthly fee game

Well I did post this in the proper place, being the Canadian section of the Regional/International Video Game Deals area so I saw no need to indicate that it was a Canada deal in my title.

I didn't know that posts were cross linked into other forums...
