That is a very cool looking system. I was thinking of doing the same to an old Nintendo.

You should paint the controller too or at least the controller wire. But awesome job anyways.

Sure! I thought about doing it for other people, what I do is take the dreacast COMPLETELY apart and the paint the parts I want painted , I used to have to do it the hard way by sanding ,paint, clear coat. Now they this paint for plastics , it's made by krylon it works very well, I paint in my basement(the dang basement is too damp and for sometimes a little chips of concrete will end up on there, or a hair etc. so I try to get it off and that's how I end up making mistakes, which happen on this one but I think my next on will be perfect!!!*followed by insane laughter*

As far as the buttons go they have to be poped out then painted, the Dreamcast symbol has to be taken out(normally I use a small blade to get it off, once you get under it , it will come up real easy) and placed back on later after every thing is done..

Yeah, I want to a matching controller, but I could not find my longer screwdriver that fits the screws deeper in the controller. If I find it or buy another one, I will do a controller also.

You know what I don't know ,All I would need is your system(no cables), a controller if you want that done also. I was thinking 40.00? that would cover shipping back to you($8-10?)+ paint($3+per can)+ time. Let me know if your interested.

good job, it looks really good. I wonder if it will go for a lot because people on ebay are stupid.

I couldn't even notice the mistake until you mentioned it in the description
