the game reportedly has full english on the jp system, and it is relatively well-reviewed. lots of folks seem to want it to beef up their gamerscores. interestingly, the used version is only 100en cheaper. rr6 was 1680 used, and though that is a deal, it is pretty common across the kanto area at least.

I've seen:

PDZ - 1980 Yen
DOA4 - 1980 Yen
Ridge Racer 6 - 1980 Yen
King Kong - 2680 Yen

At various stores in Nagoya/Osaka.
Now I just need to track down a cheap 360.....
