Supposedly warehouse finds. But a sealed Kid Icarus.. hell.. I almost just want the sealed Goonies II to put in my office, to "represent" to the coworkers

I have a sealed copy of Mendel's Palace for the NES. How much could I get for it? $2?

Probably $30-$50. A sealed NES game isn't very common.

I would have opened it immediately. The ritual, back in the day of the NES, was open the game in the car ride home, read the manual like 10 times, then never look at the manual again.

Wow. Really? I actually had two sealed copies of the game. I opened one of them to try it out. Not a bad game at all. Heh.

I acquired them about four years ago from an unkown source. kthxbai

I bought a sealed Galaga for Atari a long time ago for shits and grins... $2. Maybe one day it'll be worth money.. heheh. Until then, I get to wow people with it that haven't played a video game since 1943 was popular in the arcades (damned you 1943!!! And damned you for making me do so many damned chores!!!!!)

Oh yeah. Kid Icarus doesn't surprise me. It's much less common than Zelda. Cart alone back in the day could score you $25 bucks on ebay, but I think demand has gone down a little bit. I have one cart only in excellent shape if anybody wants to pay 20 bucks for it shipped (heheheh.. shameless plug to sell game)

There was word a long time ago of a Kid Icarus remake, but it disappeared (just like the Chakan sequel). It would be a tragedy if it wasn't re-released as one of those NES classics GBA games

I was a HUGE Kid Icarus fan..i played it over and over again...even more than Zelda. Not that its better than Zelda but I thought it had a better replay value. The game was just so damn fun and hard too. It was like a platform marioesgue but it had an RPG action feel to it as you built Kid Icarus up. I really wish the classic would come on the GBA.

yea Kid Icarus would be a good game to have in the NES collection as long as it has battery save (think the original was password, which is part of the reason I have not played it in a while).

Hmmm...This makes me wonder how much my sealed copy of Startropics would fetch on Ebay.

I recently sold Star Tropics 1 and 2 for $40 sealed. That should give you some indication of it's worth.

I think Kid Icarus is rarer than Zelda (since Zelda was a great seller and reprinted, non-gold cart), hence the higher price.
