EBGames in Fashion Show Mall. That's where I got my DS Lite.

There's a Fry's further down south on LV blvd. I dunno, I don't think there's any specialty stores on the strip beyond that.

There's supposedly good deals at pawn shops, but I didn't check any out while I was there.

I got a e-reader at that EB many years ago. That is the only one I know of on the Strip.

Yeah it's across the Wynn hotel. Anyways if you wanna play cool games, go to that arcade next to the Adidas Store... I think it's next to the M&M's store too. Anyways they have some cool games in that arcade.

Almost any hotel's arcade is awesome Some recommendations include the Circus Circus, The Orleans, New york New York, Luxor, etc.

This has got to be the saddest topic I have ever seen. When I am in Vegas, buying video games is the last thing on my mind. Even if your under 21, there is so many better things to do out there than hunting down video games you plan to play on your own systems.

So who said it's the first thing on anyone's mind? The OP asked a question about gaming shops in Vegas, that is all.

You haven't read many topics then.

Seconded on both EB and the Circus Circus setup. It's got kind of a cool setup above the ground floor so it's isolated enough where you're not running into (many) old people.

Las Vegas Blvd, The Strip, is hardly the place to go looking for console games. It's the entertainment sector and far more suited to arcade machine and LBE (Location Based Entertainment) attractions.

The main drag for retail needs is Maryland Parkway, whi runs parallel with the strip about a half mile over, East if I remember correctly. The other big street for retailoutlets is Sahara West.

When cruising on either of these it's easy to forget you're in Las Vegas, despite being so close to the Strip.

Despite never living there, the sheer number of trade shows I used to attend in Vegas made me pretty familiar with the town. I know where to find three TRU and three Best Buy stores, just from memory.

I was in vegas 2 weeks ago. after winning 600 bucks on the poker table, i felt like buying video games. Too bad there wasnt any game store around the bellagio/monte carlo area. I ended up losing all that 600 bucks plus an extra 300. Should've stop and gone to the fashion show mall.

Well, there are plenty of game stores here in Vegas. Just like any other city there are plenty of EB's and Gamestop's around. Not to mention Gamecrazy's (ugh). There are also Bestbuy's, Circuit City's, Walmarts, Targets, K-marts, Toys r Us's and pretty much any other normal store you would find anywhere else.

As far as The Strip it self is concerned, the EB in the Fashion Show Mall is the only place on The Strip itself to buy video games. There is a Fry's on the south end of Las Vegas Blvd (Strip) south of Mandalay Bay near the end of the runway of McCarran Airport. There is also an outlet mall just south of Fry's a little. There is also an outlet mall near Downtown, north of The Strip (it's a good ways away).

i went to vegas specifically looking for comic book stores i found this one that was pretty awesome.. but it was a little out of the way.. the thing i remember the most about outside the strip.. is the many many "mini malls" there are. I second the arcade next to M&Ms store.. the only place i had ever seen a guitar freaks co-op.
