Just got the T&T Mart and both of my fortune cookies were items I already had: hero's boots and red pikmin hat. Anyone want to trade their extra Nintendo items?

I have the perfect Apple from my other son's town (he gave it to me) and it is still a "Perfect Apple" in my inventory. But probably if I plant it I'll just get a regular Apple tree. I'll give it back to him and let him plant it.

And the perfect fruits are different looking - I noticed right away that one of my pears (the one on the top) was different than the other two. And it was the same with my son's apple tree.

I planted one of my perfect apples and the tree grew all three perfect apples...so then I proceeded to plant three more perfect apples! We'll see what happens...have not tried with other perfect fruit not native.

Off to play right now...play so much that I barely get on the computer! lol But I wanted to add the ten from the spreadsheet... after that I will have added EVERYONE on there...i'll try to pm anyone thats still not coming up and then after that i'll delete.

 
For those who wanted raccoon clocks, I have them now.  Make sure we have FC exchanged and send me a PM so I can visit your town.  I'll be on and off the rest of the day though I might go see Monsters U later ;).

As for the spreadsheet I haven't added many people recently because I'm at 99 right now on my 3DS and the max is 100.  I have about 20 unconfirmed friends, though, and most, if not all, were from the AC list.   Since those people haven't reciprocated I have no problem removing them for someone who does want to add me - just let me know, though, since I can't add any more in otherwise.

Non native perfect fruit plant regular trees no matter what.

 
So hows everyones turnip prices going? My maximum for the week was 134 last wednesday. not that good imo. Good thing i was able to sell mine with help of a nice cag here with a 300+ last night. Will buy twice as much turnips tomorrow and hope to get a nice profit again. Hehe!

Both of my fortune cookies today were the exact same number, both being about ice cream or something so they were duds.  What are the odds of that!?

On the plus side, I finally have the QR code machine in the clothing store!

What is the building going up on the side of town?  Both me and my son have had it going for several days now (far right side - our museums are on the left).

Did you throw them out? I would gladly take one! Also, it may be Kicks (shoes) or the Flower Shop, or maybe Nooklings is getting an upgrade

It could be Kicks. Mine took a couple days to get finished.

He just gave me stupid regular items not Nintendo ones so I'm not sure what you mean. I got a workout machine and an exercise bike as "consolation prizes". Some of the fortunes are garbage and I was just unlucky to get the exact same 2 and both were bad.

As for the building, it must be Kicks then as the store is more in the middle and the flower shop opened up next to that. This thing is way out on the edge past the clothing store.

You need one of each item donated, a total of 20 donated items. You need to talk to Blathers on 14 different days. Once you've done that, Blathers will mention the expansion, and you will need to start the work project from town hall.

20 items donated with atleast one item donated to each section (fish, bugs, fossils, and genuine art) and 14 days talking to the birdman. So if you bought the game on release day and started playing june 9 and didnt do any time travels whatsover, technically youll get the option by tomorrow the earliest. Im hoping it goes live tomorrow in my town.
 
Wait, do you have to donate both 1 sculpture and 1 painting?  I thought I read that somewhere.  If it is just 1 of either then I'm good (got a David statue the first time but ever since then it has been fakes - I thought it was like previous games where you didn't know by looking at them).

Yeah, I know that now - and of course as soon as I figured that out I haven't seen Redd in several days. I got him in my town and a few I visited the very first couple of days after the game came out but not since.

 
So in case people are wondering about making money in island runs, someone over at Neogaf made a handy dandy visual tutorial:

Keep in mind that you can uproot bushes with shovels.  With this strategy, my latest run got me over 330,000 bells in 1 island trip.  With my earlier run, I got over 500,000 bells for the day!

- Started/finished the Yellow Bench

- Puck recommended a new Public Works project (but I didn't look at it)

- Asked Nook for another Expansion

A slow day besides the Island runs, but tomorrow should be interesting since it's Turnip day!

 
Man is this game addicting.

So far I've added the following: atomslayer, bezerker, dranakin, lord vila, wasabi5858, humidore, io, bardiya27 & super dawn but haven't been added back.

Turnips are 91 bells in my town. I dumped 200,000 bells into them. Here's hoping I didn't goof up on investing :lol:

 
I havent been on in a few days (FF14 beta) but I will be opening my gate up in a while.  I have all the fruit spawning in my town if anyone needs any.

Lemons get 2x the sell price in my town today.

If anyone gets oranges as their premium item at re-tail let me know. Have a bunch of perfect oranges I can sell.
 
Turnips are selling for 101 in my town...I'll leave gates open for an hour or so in case anyone missed their chance to buy this morning).

Go ahead and take a tree of oranges, apples, or peaches if you need them, but please leave my perfect apple trees alone. :)

 
My gate is open.  I have all of the fruit growing in my town so if you need any feel free to take what you need.  Donations are being accepted for my Dream Suite at the train station.

I thought I had permisson but I don't, so I'm looking for those and bamboo shoots.  I have a couple lychees if anyone needs those.
