And this is why Redbox will freakin stop renting out games. People like that piss me off so much. I love the fact that there are redboxes all around me and I can try something out if I'm on the fence (South Park was amazing, but it cost me $6 to beat).

I just had this happen the last weekend with yes, Thief having two copies in the machine that were both made of paper. Redbox's response officially, we will prosecute who did it (rigggggght) but they just consider it shrink.

you paid money to play it? 51 after tax with GCU, $20 gift certificate, $42 trade in value, best buy paid me.

 
I see them on craigslist all the time.

Once some people tried to take them to best buy and swap them out because their xbox scratched the disc -__-
 
Got my 295 very good nfs xbox one but now I got to return too work, I hope it works.

How much are they giving in credit at gamestop if I trade in for a new ps4 or titanfall xbone bundle?

XB1 base TIV is $300, so you'd be looking at $450 towards either of those, assuming the trade-in goes well and the NFS console works if the employee tests it.

I just got my (g) BD CE for $60.xx.  I would say its a dinger, the packaging is a little beat up and the seal looks like it had been broken, but everything instead is in prefect shape and the game and cd are still sealed.  Been having some decent luck with the AWD lately.

 
I'm sure glad I test out my PS4's before trading them in.  The supervisor at one of my main stores I visit took in my PS4 and got all excited.  I asked him if it was because he gets credited for processing a high value trade item but his reason was that he was going to buy my system once his shift was over.  I see him enough that I'd be embarrassed if he bought a defective PS4 from me.  The funny thing is he sold me a new PS4 a few weeks ago and is probably thinking that he got the same one.  Good thing I removed the AWD stickers off the box as well since I traded it in complete.
 
 Contacted Amazon about the missing items in my 277 PS4, usb cable and hdmi cable.  They refunded me $56(!)  Not sure what the process here is but it seems that its not set in stone, amount seems to bounce around.

No offense, but why wouldn't I ? My listing said "Tested in working condition with all accessories included." That means what I got wasn't what I ordered. Technically, I don't even know if the controller actually charges because i still don't have a cord yet, so it may not even be "in working condition". But if I have to have those items to trade in the PS4, then they should have been included when the listing stated that they did. It doesn't matter what I paid for it. If you purchased one from Cowboom, or Gamestop, or any other place that might have a good deal on them, you would expect to get what you paid for. It's not like I got one of the $277 ones and complained that others were getting them for $235 in the same condition. As a consumer, I expect to get what I pay for. If that makes me a jerk, then I guess so be it.

I didn't ask for $56, that is what they offered before they even suggested I send it back.

He probably knew he'd get that much refunded, otherwise he wouldn't have said anything. They're everywhere and pennies to obtain. But it's his order and his account. I try not to complain unless I absolutely had to. Did I accept their $80 refund when my ps4 launch day unit arrived and they wouldn't replace it when they had the Killzone bundle in stock, the controller bundle in stock, and straight up said to try sony first and they couldn't refund me? Oh yeah.

WTH, I would have complained too if I was missing 2 of the cables. You'd be dumb NOT to complain about that imo if it said it came with all accessories.

To me it works both ways. If customers complain too much and such sure ban them. At the same time you shouldn't let AWD's quality keep slipping.
