I'm strongly considering it. I had hoped it would be decent (loved Black Flag) but I just cant get into it. Paid $40 and got a $5 GC so I should break even at least if I trade to GS or BB.

lol we're not boosting. I don't think any of us give that much of a fuck about trophies, I know I don't, especially for a game like this. I just want to check it out but not play with all randoms.

 
Was stoked to play some more Dragon Age tonight, but just discovered that the Xbox One version of Rocksmith is having some weird glitch where it doesn't recognize your previously owned DLC, but it thinks you own tons of random songs. Currently going through each song one by one and downloading what it'll let me.

I think a show about Republicans would be hard to maintain interest in. A lot of Republican policies would be pretty hard to justify with straight writing. You'd almost have to make the show be a comedy about a group of assholes for it to be at all likable.

I can't get myself to try them. I don't know what kind of meat they're using where they can turn a profit off of 3 tacos for a buck, but I know I don't want it.
 
Oh shit. Michael Chiklis just made a 10 second cameo on SoA. I've been waiting 7 seasons for that, especially considering virtually every other cast member of The Shield has appeared. (SoA creator Kurt Sutter was a writer and executive producer on The Shield)

They're a guilty pleasure of mine. One of the few places I'll go where I know I'm not getting quality food. But I like it.

Ignorance is bliss when it comes to the meat. It tastes like plain ground beef and there's not a lot of it on the taco, so maybe that's it. But yeah...

Ground up dog meat that they get from dogs euthanized at the pound with artificial ground beef seasoning.
 
Flash vs Arrow was pretty good.

Final trial gate done in Okami. Now to grind out about 250k more yen to get the last technique I need, and off to the final section.
 
Tyler, let me know how Secret Ponchos is.  If it's really good, I won't let the trophy list deter me from playing.  If it's "pretty good," I'll probably pass.

I guess the threshold is if you're looking forward to playing it again after tonight.

I think Tyler rage quit Secret Ponchos so there's that. A quote right before he left was, "why the fuck would anyone want to play this game". So yeah it is pretty fucking good.

A few weeks before Black Friday I went to a local used game (and other stuff) store. When I went to their bargain bin I found a disc only copy of Final Fantasy XIII for $1.

I laughed out loud for about a solid minute.

Flash is getting more and more retarded as a character, but Arrow in it made me decide to start watching that show. It looks like it's got a much better lead.

 
i take it we're skipping the challenge this month? i didn't figure a tower defense game would win people over, but i waited to start anyway.

 
why would we skip a month? just have the people who voted yes play out this challenge. There were always people that sat out past challenges. You can start now.

Why are the Tales Chronicle games split up and $8 a piece when they've been on sale packaged together for just a few dollars more?

$5-6 would've been more ideal, but as much as they've been pushing these on sale lately I'm not touching'em no matter how cheap; they got PS+ written all over them.

PRO TIP: When someone spoils something and you want to call them out on it, don't quote the spoiler. If by chance someone missed it you're just giving them another chance to be spoiled by it.

Arrow S1 is kinda shaky the first half as it's all standalone, it gets better in the second half, then S2 is really good, and so far the first 1/3rd of S3 has been kinda spinning its wheels with no clear direction of where the season long arc is going.
