Why is everyone buying Van Helsing 3 at only 50% off?  Some kind of wacky tremor coupon?

Nevermind, something about getting VH 'Final Cut' for free?  But what's that?

I'm not getting down on you guys for ordering Dominos and drinking your seasonal brews. I'm just saying, get yourself a blackberry-cinnamon microbrew with a label done in Corel Studio and indulge in an organic brick-oven pizza from the farmer's market. And try not to orgasm from the flavor explosion.
Please. I'm a wap. I've had my little old aunties on Sicily roll out the damned dough, grow their own tomatoes and basil and buy cheese from the local Italian cheese maker and make their pizza from scratch.

And I still can appreciate trashy chain pizza for what it is.

All this "VH" talk has me wanting to listen to some Van Halen.

edit - on a different note, now I'm really kicking myself for forgetting to buy Rayman Origins when it was 75% off ($2.49) during the summer sale. Now its base price is $20 instead of $10.

fuck

FFS Motoki. It's wop. If you're gunna call yourself something... at least spell it right.

I was doing some geneology for my FOB Italian grandfather. The a-hole at the check-in called him Guido. (facepalm) I spent months looking for him and never assumed the slang name was him. It wasn't until I cross referenced the address that I figured it out.

Trashy chain pizza is good for when you're completely blitzed at 2AM and can't function properly around the kitchen, or if you've been constipated for the past few days and need something to clean you out (I'm looking at you, Pizza Hut). Otherwise, it's better to buy ingredients and do it yourself, then save the rest to warm it up later. You won't get the Groupees Poopees. Reheated pizza tastes great, too.

Tonight, I made a buffalo chicken pizza with a great hand-blend of bleu, mozzarella, and provolone with sriracha sauce for myself, and my gf made one with alfredo sauce, spinach, basil, and tomatoes.

And that reminds me, inm8num2, I love your new avatar.

... wait, what the crap? Did they seriously raise the price?

This smells like Ubisoft is planning something - a week long sale or somesuch. They've got one going at GOG right now because of the Might and Magic anniversary... something tells me we'll have one next week on Steam.

ubisoft humble bundle next week

So I got caught up in all the Van Helsing excitement and bought #3 to complete the collection. I think CAG has the opposite effect on me and I end up buying a bunch of cheap stuff I wouldn't normally buy and waste more money.

Anyone here play that PLEB game CSGO? (need some ppl that are DMG or higher)
I am a LE but play like a 3 star at best if that helps you any.

I'm guilty as well.

I'm confused. Did you pay for it twice or am I reading this wrong?
They gave me my money back after they refused to deliver the pizza to my home without a fee because I had to leave and I wasn't going to let them keep my money in exchange for nothing but air. Paid the delivery guy when he finally got here with the pizza.

On a related note, I passed out before 10 which almost never happens, so the conspiracy theorist in me says they clearly drugged the pizza for revenge. We may never know.

My dominos is about 15 minutes away and when I order through the app it's always ready before I arrive. Granted, I only order pizza a couple times a year, but it's always ready for me.
I'm sure it'd have been ready had they not lost the order because of their shitty system or whatever. I don't live far from one either, but I used to have ShopRunner for free for a few years like a bunch of people here, so I was able to save on gas.

They raised the MSRP back up? It used to be $20 ages ago. I feel bad for anyone who didn't get it at $2.50 but me and Spoder got it at $6 when we figured sales on it would be a rarity, so the rest of you can suffer with us. ;)

When was the last time we got a numbered HIB, anyway? I don't even remember.
They've only done one numbered proper HIB this year. It was in April and had a bunch of games that took way too long to get bundled so most of us had them already. I think it's the first numbered HIB where I owned almost everything (except some of the $1-tier and Shadow Warrior).

Semi-relevant, but I just found out Killer Instinct '13 is going to be crossbuy for Xbone/PC (Windows 10 store, not Steam), so for those of you who already upgraded/plan to upgrade to Windows 10 and are interested in it, might be worth keeping an eye out for sales on the Xbone version.

It's also crossplay, which is neat.

So after hitting umpteen Walmarts all over the state of Washington I finally found one that had Divinity: Original Sin and it was $39.99 regular price.

I'm officially done the consoletardesque scavenger hunt.

Yay @ finding a copy of D:OS.

Major bleh @ it being full price. That sucks. :(

Walmart clearances are totally random. For instance, I just bought a bunch of action figures I wanted on clearance at my local Walmart that aren't on clearance at the other Walmart that's closest to me.

I hear MysterD is a fan of Christina Aguilera.
Oddly enough, I don't own any of her albums. I like some of her singles, but that's mostly all I've heard of her music. Never truly caught on w/ her music, for some reason.

[XTina Ft. Redman w/ production by Rockwilder - "Dirrty"]

http://youtube.com/watch?v=2xMWrKhLJq4
Redman (the rapper in the song) and Rockwilder (the producer of this song) = winning combo.

Very similar to Redman's song "Let's Get Dirty (I Can't Get In Da Club) [2001]", especially sound-wise; especially since it has the same producer, Rockwilder - which of course came out before XTina's song.

Your problem was you didn't show them your Golden Crisp box tops, grandma!

so did you buy it
Hopefully, he took it to the scanners (that can be found around the store) + scanned it.

Some of the prices at my local WalMart weren't right even when red-tagged - i.e. BF4 PC (retail-box) was red-tagged at around $40, but showing up when scanned at $30. Not a deal at all (BF4 been $5 at GameStop before), but you catch my point.

So, I made sure I checked-out any things I was interested in and scanned them.

You never know w/ these damn clearance racks.

Hmmm. That sounds like a mighty fancy Walmart there sir. My local stores come equipped with flickering lights and meth addicts, but no handy dandy personal scanning machines.

Wasn't a personal scanner.

It was right on a pole in the Electronics Dept. in one of my local WalMart's.
