Humble Bundle Thread

$1-tier is good just for Sam & Max S1 & 2 and Bone. Sam & Max S1 & 2 have been especially stubborn in terms of going cheap/being bundled.

BTA's good if you're missing 3 of the 4 games. I'm missing 2, so it's not great, but I just really really hope they finally add Monkey Island.

Here's the list of the suspects for next week's additions:

Sam & Max Season 3 - Basically guaranteed

Poker Night 2 - Basically guaranteed

Back to the Future

Walking Dead: 400 Days - Basically guaranteed

Jurassic Park

Wolf Among Us - Basically guaranteed

Strong Bad's Blah Blah Blah

Tales from Monkey Island (pls pls pls)

I think Tales from Monkey Island is basically confirmed not to be in it, according to that NippleThief guy. "The only one I don't have is Minecraft and I'm not interested in it". Checked his profile, he doesn't own Monkey Island lol.

Oh well, I hope I'm wrong, but we're probably gonna get a bunch of repeats as bonuses. That'll be the last we see of NippleThief LOL, so much for not breaking the NDA.

I gave up on seeing another Telltale bundle a bit before the last one and bought most of these in various sales.  Of course, I've played all the games already so....

Wait, did I say all?  I meant none.

I have a tab open @ $6.10, but I'm logged in. So I'd either need to buy it as a gift, or send you gift links for all the games.
I was gonna ask if you could've put my email in the box instead with like a small amount down & then I handle the rest. though since you're logged in, I wouldn't be able to add more $ to the gifted bundle :whistle2:( .. but thank you anyway for offering :)

In for the fifteen dollar bundle, if end up with doubles of the walking dead games and the game of throne games, I'll sell those for cheap to anyone who missed out on this bundle. These are so e good games here for the cheap

I'm glad I passed on Batman during the sale. I picked up the top tier, sold off the Minecraft games and a couple of BTAs for $7, so I paid $8 for Batman, Michonne, and a few odds and ends like Bone (or maybe just Bone--I can't see going back and playing some of those old Sam and Max games). That seems pretty solid, considering Batman alone was $8.74 during the sale.

I can see going back to the Sam + Max Season titles, if they still have puzzles. Season 1 did, but I have not yet still touched S2+3.

A lot of the newer Telltale titles forgot puzzles + object combining, which many of these newer so-called "adventure" titles are lacking.

Though, Dreamfall Chapters does a pretty good job mixing the old-school adventure elements (of item combining + breaking in Inventory & doing puzzles) and some of the newer elements found in adventures (i.e. decision-making like what's used in Telltale games to shape the journey since The Walking Dead).

Has anybody played Michonne? If you don't watch the show, are you missing a significant chunk of narrative?
No, it's a standalone story. You get enough info from the game to enjoy it. I like it a lot. Fakeybro'd it and played through it as the episodes came out. My only complaint was it was short, but in a bundle it doesn't matter.

So Telltale Games put out a video announcing some of their upcoming games (I'll put spoiler tags up for those who maybe want to watch the video first):

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H1UnOysihiI

Batman: The Enemy Within, The Walking Dead: The Final Season and The Wolf Among Us 2.

I finally got around to playing
The Wolf Among Us
recently and I've got to say I really enjoyed it.  Can't wait for the new one.

oh i meant that origin has Battlefield 1 for $23 and some changes.. Since MysterD was willing to spend $15 on the top tier which is a rare occurence, he should just get B1 and have fun with the bros (which he did last time)
Lol, I got the email from origin 5 minutes after I posted that.

Used my $5.33 page and got Minecraft with pass for 5.28. All I need now is Batman. If anyone even has it for sale.

A Dr. Who tabletop RPG sounds like it'd maybe be fun for the one guy who is Dr. Who. Not sure what anyone else does. Or maybe it's a one-man RPG.
I used to play the old FASA Doctor Who game (I'm oooooooooooold)....One person was the Timelord (Doctor), the others were companions.
The Timelord could pretty much do anything....or anything better than any of the companions.....I still enjoyed playing a companion, so that I could be a complete goofball, get captured, kill innocents and basically gum up the Doctors plans....(so pretty much what I did in every game...ha ha....I kid?)

Sort of interested in this "new" Dr. Who RPG....not 15 dollars interested doe....$1? meh....

Oh yeah, most importantly....

NEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never read the books + never saw the TV show.

If you liked TellTale's TWD Season 1+2, but wanted something shorter + a bit more compact - make sure you play Michonne.

It's really good.

All killer, no filler.

I'd jump if they did that Titanfall 2 + BF1 Deluxe Bundle for $23.

Plus, I was able to Cesspool-away most of the Telltalle BTA Tier that I already had, anyways...just as I figured + hoped.

Is Borderlands and Game of thrones any decent?

The only games I actually want from this bundle is The Walking dead.
GoT: Telltale is also good, yes.

I haven't touched Tales from The Borderlands yet.

I think for me, though - so far, the crowning jewels of Telltale are The Wolf Among Us S1 + TWD S1&2.

I jumped, wonder if they still have battlefield Fridays.
Oh, a tower in my backyard was struck by lightning on my birthday. That's a good omen right?
