And I just realized only Pinball FX 3 table I'm missing is the Portal one. Now the completionist in me kinda wants to just buy it for completion sake, but I think I should wait for a sale...if it ever even happens.

I imagine any of the Northeast teams' fan bases wouldn't be above something like that, particularly New York and Boston / New England. Though because of that reputation, fans in other cities can pretend to claim, "At least our fans aren't that bad." Which, if you're a fan of another city, could be seen as a good thing.

 
So for pinball fx3, the tables that I already owned on fx2 don't transfer. I have a handful of tables and the two that I checked show I have to purchase them for pinball fx3. Is it because I may have bought them on the 360 and got them "free" on the X1? The zen/PFX websites won't load for me so I can't find the info about it.

On the main selection screen of Pinball FX 3 did you press X to import tables? Because I got Paranormal Activity table for free way back in the day and it transferred to FX 3 no problem. Just so long as you're the original person who got the digital rights, there shouldn't be a problem, The only ones that don't transfer in general are predominantly the FX1 tables, Ninja Gaiden, Plants vs Zombies, South Park tables Ms. Splosion Man and maybe a few others mostly because of licensing issues and nothing else.

Thanks. I just assumed it was like other cross buy stuff and it showed up for free in the store. I haven't opened FX3 yet. Is there any point to have FX2 installed if I import to FX3?
 
The huge banner add on the store in the Xbox UI says The Far Cry sale ends 1/22/2018. That's today as I'm in the eastern time zone. But when you look at an individual game it says 2 days. Is that just a timing synch? Does the far cry sale end with the rest of the weekly sale? When do I have to pull the trigger by?

On a side note, spell check thinks it should be Fat Cru Sake instead of Far Cry Sale.
 
I don't know what's going on but in the past week about 5 people I work with are all suddenly talking about Ark. I played the trial and bought a used copy. Seems like that game suddenly has a ton of interest or is it just me?

Really hoping for a sale on digital on date night and deeply regret not buying it while it was in game preview.

Quick question for you tech nerds - I’m looking for a relatively cheap 4K HDR 55” tv to go with my X1X.

This one seems insanely cheap and I’m just wondering if anyone had any insights/experience with these. The only reviews I found were Walmart customer reviews.

Umm there is actually quite a bit different with FX3 than that, they added odd "table mastery" abilities you can level up, with perks like slow-mo and rewind. Can help when learning a tables scoring quirks.

If you can talk her up to $600 get the TCL P605 or 607. One of the lowest input lags and looks great.

I was about to say this. Honestly the only tv in that price range that I would day is worth it. If not wait an extra month or two and save the extra $100 to get the TCL P605

Yeah what I would be concerned about with that TV is input lag and what the peak brightness level range is which is going to affect the HDR. No one's done any testing on the regular sites I've seen like "Rtings" and what not.

Growing up in DC, I went to multiple Caps games against the Flyers. The Flyers fans would bus down, show up drunk, drink their fill at the arena, and just be drunken assholes the entire time.

As much as I love the Declaration of Independence and cheesesteaks, these people make it very difficult to say anything nice about philly.

If you have any of the tables that didn't transfer over to Pinball FX2 then that would be sole reason to keep FX2 around. I Still have FX2 on both my One and 360. Otherwise if you don't, you're fine deleting FX2 since FX3 does offer more gameplay choices and plays the same.

Maybe this will help some of the other users reporting issues with Bing rewards. I'm using Android.

***Solution***
- Uninstalled and reinstalled Edge mobile browser.
- Verified I was signed into the Bing app
- Verified I was signed into the Edge mobile browser
- verified I was signed into Bing.com on the Edge mobile browser

***Background***
So all of the sudden last week I stopped getting the 10 points per search in the Edge mobile app via bing.com (max 200 points per day). It worked flawlessly for several weeks. I tried making sure I was signed in correctly to both the Bing app and the Edge mobile browser. That checked out but still nothing. I wasn't even getting the default 5 points per search. Gave up after a while and just accepted the 5 points per search via Bing app as 1/2 was better than nothing.

Today I attempted an Edge mobile browser update. Google Play kept complaining about storage space. Cleared plenty of space for the 19 MB update. Still no go. So I uninstalled the Edge mobile browser and reinstalled. 69 MB no issue, no extra space cleared.

Verified I was signed into the Bing app and signed into the Edge mobile browser. Ran a search. No points. Signed out and back in in Edge no change when retested. Repeated sign out/sign in several times. No change. Then while on Bing.com in Edge I touched the menu icon in the upper right corner of the screen to see if they're were any settings to adjust. That's when I noticed I wasn't signed into Bing.com. Signed in. Ran a search and bam ... 10 points added to my bing rewards.

Throwing full cans of beer isn't heckling. Some of us have been to Philly and still think it's filled with some of the worst sports fans in the country.

I grew up in the Philadelphia area and went to many hockey and baseball games as well as a few football games. Yes, there are some bad apples but the VAST majority of people there are normal, good people.

And they also kept the FX2 way without all that as it's called classic mode. In the end both games have different leaderboards & achievements.

FX3 has Wizard powers - that's what you were talking about with rewind & slowmo, also has score boost -, and upgrade bonuses, which individually level up when activated/used, that can really boost your score. They also made a practice mode where you can see how each table is with unlimited ball saves. There's also challenges to get said upgrades, 1-Ball, 5Min, Survival as well as Weekly Matchups & Tournaments. If asked, PFX3 is the ultimate choice to go with but what was said was if PFX2 should be picked up.

Thanks for the heads up on Prey. Also picked up Abzu ($9.99), Deadpool ($11.99), Mirror's Edge Catalyst ($4.99), and NBA Live 14 ($4.99). Siberia 3 ($4.99) sold out while I was checking out.

Of course I'm not advocating murder. But a bullet to the knee will do. Also, that can of beer can kill me or my wife. Heckling is fine, but don't make it anything physical.

Still haven't finished Gears 4, but I'm liking it a lot more without the robots

I have been to plent of Yankee games, a few Mets games and a few Giants and Jets Football games. I have been to a few games Yankees games in Baltimore, Toronto and Miami (World Series). Only once did anyone pull a dick move close (and not even as bad) as that. Some asshole in Pro player stadium snapped a rally towel a few inches from my face. During the game we sat among some Marlin fans (I was shocked they actually had any) and had a good time. As much as you can when your starting pitcher is out after the first inning.

Talking shit is all part of it but come on. Throwing full beer cans is a pussy move by a pussy. The only time I ever got into a fight at a game was with other asshole Yankees fans. They were throwing food at people in front of us (not full cans). I took my wife to a Giants game a couple years ago. While there were too many drunk assholes there I didn't see any opposing fans getting beer cans lobbed at them.

 
Grabbed prey as well though just as soon as i completed the purchase i thought to myself i should have waited to get it digital.

Gears 4 gets alot better once you get passed the robot parts in the opening.

I have trained myself to no longer get upset at sports. I'll cheer when my team does well, but have the restraint to not yell and cuss when they do poor. Going to a live sporting event with a great atmosphere is a really unique human experience. I spent my youth going to Nebraska Cornhusker football games, and saw many basketball games while attending the University of Kansas. Those places (and many like them across the country) are special and should be experienced.

 
Never really had a problem with fans (or assholes) at any sporting event. However, when I was living in Nashville amd just starting to attend Pro Hockey games I encountered Blackhawk fans. The first time I saw them (in my eyes) disrespecting the National Athem I about lost it. If you’ve never seen it, basically they cheer and scream throughout the whole Anthem. This was way before the Anthem “protesters” of the NFL taking a knee.
